孔系组合夹具定位方法的算法研究

【摘要】 本文提出孔系基础板组合夹具设计的系统方法。着重研究由平面和圆柱面组成的工件的侧面定位问题,提出一个利用机构学原理自动设计孔系组合夹具的方法,即确定两个或三个侧面定位元件的位置。在该方法中,首先确定其中两个定位元件在基础板上的位置,然后根据两个定位元件和定位边界的位置关系,建立一个假想的连杆机构,利用连杆曲线与工件定位边界求交的方法确定第三个定位元件。本文中,定位元件不再局限于定位销,而且还引入了半V形块进行定位。该方法可与CAD系统集成,为零件的工艺规划和零件装夹定位方案的设计提供全部候选定位方案。在几何造型系统ACIS 6.3和VC++ 6.0平台上开发了组合夹具定位方案自动设计系统。通过几个实例测试,验证了本文提出的算法,也为今后进一步的研究工作创造了条件。

【Abstract】 A systematic methodology for automatic planning of modular fixture for dowel-pin system is presented in this paper. By using the mechanism theory the dowel-pin system could be automatically designed so as to determine the position of two or three side locators. A method of how to locate the side of each part which combined by a plate and cylinder surface is emphasized below: firstly, two locators should be positioned in the base plate; secondly, according to the relationship between two locators and the locate edge the linkage mechanism can be created. The location of the third locator can be determined by the intersection of linkage curve and locate edge. The half-Vee is also considered in this paper. The methodology provide all the feasible candidate plans including the processing plans and locating plans of a part which can be integrated with CAD system. A prototype system is developed with ACIS and Visual C++. Some tested samples have proved the algorithms involved in this paper.
