复杂地基上拱坝的可视化建模和有限元仿真分析

【摘要】 复杂的地形地貌和地质条件下拱坝有限元分析的快速准确建模、拱坝的开裂机理研究以及非线性仿真分析是目前拱坝设计和分析中的重要研究课题。本文对复杂地基上拱坝的分析方法做了系统的总结对比,分析研究了有限元分析中的可视化方法和实施技术,研制了基于AutoCAD平台的拱坝可视化有限元分析系统及其与ANSYS的接口程序,开发了ANSYS中的拱坝参数化建模系统,并结合实际工程对丰乐双曲拱坝进行了三维有限元仿真分析。 首先,研究了有限元中的可视化理论,提出了拱坝有限元可视化建模的新方法和实施技术,在AutoCAD平台上用VBA等技术开发了拱坝可视化有限元分析系统,利用它可方便、高效地对复杂地基上的拱坝进行建模和分析研究。 接着,研究了ANSYS二次开发技术,编制了拱坝参数化建模系统,并开发了CAD与ANSYS中的接口程序,实现了AutoCAD和ANSYS中有限元模型的网格结点、单元信息、材料属性、实常数、边界条件等信息的共享,还实现了ANSYS对复杂地基上拱坝的快速仿真分析。 然后,研究了拱坝的有限元仿真分析理论和方法,及ANSYS软件中拱坝仿真分析的仿真模型建立和实施技术。对拱坝的开裂机理进行了探讨,分析了有限元分析时常用的三种裂缝模型,研究了ANSYS中开裂分析的裂缝模拟技术和混凝土的开裂原理。结合实际工程对丰乐拱坝的开裂机理进行了研究探讨,分析了丰乐拱坝的开裂原因。 最后,对丰乐双曲拱坝进行了可视化建模并对其进行了三维有限元仿真分析,实施了拱坝施工过程中实际加载程序的仿真模拟,计算分析了各种情况下现状坝体和坝体加固后的应力和位移规律,对加固方案进行了综合评判。

【Abstract】 It is the important research subject in arch dam design and analysis currently that modeling rapidly and accurately in arch dam FEM analysis in condition of complex landform and geology, the research of cracking mechanism of arch dam and nonlinear simulation analysis. In this paper, the analysis means of arch dam on complex foundation are summarized and contrasted, the visualization means and actualization technique in FEM analysis means are analyzed and studied, the visualization FEM analysis of arch dam system based on AutoCAD and interface program with ANSYS are developed, parameterized modeling of arch dam system in ANSYS is developed and combining project example, FengLe double arch dam is analyzed by 3-D FEM simulation analysis means.At first, the visualization theory is studied and a new method of arch dam FEM modeling visually and the technique of actualize are raised. Then a suit of visualization FEM analysis system of arch dam on AutoCAD is developed by VBA technique. The arch dam on complex foundation can be modeled and researched conveniently and efficiently by it.The secondary developing technique of ANSYS is studied afterwards, parameterized modeling of arch dam system is developed and the interface program of CAD and ANSYS is exploited, which realize the information sharing of mesh node, element, material properties, real constants and boundary condition of FEM model in AutoCAD and ANSYS and the rapid simulation analysis of arch dam on complex foundation.Then, the theory and method of arch dam FEM simulation analysis and the simulation modeling in simulation analysis and the technique of actualize in ANSYS are researched. The cracking mechanism of arch dam is studied, the three fracture models in common use in FEM analysis are analyzed and the fracture modeling technique of cracking analysis in ANSYS and the cracking theory of concrete are researched. As an project example, the cracking mechanism of FengLe arch dam is researched and its cause of cracking is analyzedAt last, FengLe double arch dam is modeled visually and 3-D FEM simulation analyzed, the simulation modeling of actually loading in process of arch dam construction is actualized and the stress and displacement rule of actuality dam and reinforced dam in different fact is calculated and analyzed, the reinforced scheme is judged in general
