FX2N PLC水轮机微机调速器的开发研究

【摘要】 水轮机微机调速器是水轮机控制系统中的重要设备,近年来PLC技术在此领域得到了广泛的应用。本文采用三菱公司的FX2NPLC实现了水轮机调速器的基本功能,对系统的硬件和软件进行了详细的分析和说明。 文章重点研究了以下几个问题: 1.根据PLC自身的特点开发设计了测频电路。 2.对多种水轮机开机规律进行分析比较,以开环开机为基础提出了一种增量开二次方的开机规律,实现了机组的快速平稳启动。 3.分析了并联PID的离散化过程,采用改进的PID算法实现了变参数、变结构的PID调节模式。 4.着重研究了PLC的通信机制,对MSComm控件和Win API函数实现串行通信进行分析比较,并开发了用于上位机和PLC通信的监控程序。

【Abstract】 Microprocessor-Based governor is the important device in the hydraulic turbine control system. In recent years, the PLC technology has been widely applied in this field. The paper uses the FX2N PLC of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation to realize the basic function of turbine governor, and also analyzes the hardware and software of this system detailedly.The following points are specially researched:1. According to the self-characteristic of PLC, this paper designs a circuitry for the frequency measurement.2.Several rules in opening process are analyzed and compared. Based on the open loop rule, this paper also gives a way of opening process, which uses the extraction of square root of the increment. It can start the hydroelectric generating unit quickly and smoothly.3.This paper analyzes the process of parallel PID discretization. An improved PID algorithm is adopted to realize a PID regulation mode with variable structure and parameters.4.The communication mechanism of PLC is specially studied. The different method of serial communication by using MSComm control and Win API is analyzed and compared. Furthermore, the paper develops a monitor and manager program for the communication between PLC and upper PC.
