基于FCS数据通信技术的研究与实现

【摘要】 通信技术是工业控制领域的关键技术,是一门正在快速发展的技术。目前,国内外许多研究人员都在致力于工控领域通信技术的研究,以推进由DCS到FCS的转变。本课题的研究遵从FF(基金会现场总线)协议,对FCS通信软件进行设计,促进现场总线技术的发展与应用,为现有的DCS通信升级为FCS通信提供新的思路。 本课题完成的主要工作包括: (1)对FCS的体系结构进行讨论,特别是对FCS的通信网络体系的理解及应用作了详细介绍; (2)在深入理解FF令牌总线协议标准的前提下,对应用令牌传递机制在RS-485串行通信总线上实现FF协议进行了深入研究; (3)FCS通信网络的建立以及基于FF数据通信的的实现; (4)实现了FF通信协议中的数据容错技术,有效的解决了通信中的数据安全性问题。 (5)软件采用面向对象的编程工具Delphi,VB等编制,并且在RAM上建立实时数据库,提高了系统的响应能力。 (6)进行了软、硬件的调试。 系统在实验室已经调试通过。实际运行表明,预定的功能基本实现。

【Abstract】 Communication technology is the key technology to the domain of the industry control, is a quickly developing technology. At present, in order to propel the change from DCS to PCS, many researchers are devoting themselves to the study of communication technology in the domain of industry control. Our research targets are as follows: develop FCS-based communication software follow Foundation Fieldbus protocol; promote the development and application of Fieldbus technology; provide a new thinking to upgrade the DCS communication into the FCS communication. Our research includes the following aspects:(1) Discuss the system structure of FCS, especially detailed introduce the understanding and application of FCS-based communication networks system structure;(2) After fully understood 1EEE802.4 token bus protocol standards, we did a deep research on how to use token transmission in RS-485 serial communication bus;(3) Establish a FCS-based communication network, implement the data communication based on FF;(4) Use object-oriented programming tools Delphi, Visual Basic and so on to develop the system software. In order to increase the system’s respond capacity we established real-time database in the RAM;(5) Solve the data security problem by fulfilling the data fault-tolerant technology of FF communication protocol;(6) Test the system’s software and hardware.The system has been tested in the laboratory. According to the fact, all functions predefined have been basically completed.
