基于Web的注塑模具产品数据管理系统的开发与研究

【摘要】 分析了国内外产品数据管理系统的特点,结合模具行业的实际需求以及对模具产品开发过程数据信息的全面分析,运用Web技术,分布式数据库技术、面向对象技术、成组技术,开展了基于Web的注塑模具产品数据管理系统的研究与开发。 在对模具企业进行需求分析的基础上,运用软件工程方法,对系统进行了分析与设计,规划了系统实现的网络体系结构,并对其安全策略进行了研究;利用成组技术,对模具及其零件按照功能和结构进行了分类,建立了注塑模具产品数据库;应用文档管理的方法,对模具产品文档进行了合理的分类管理;运用面向对象的Java技术和JDBC技术对系统进行了开发,实现了注塑模具产品数据的管理和查询;在对注塑模具产品公共数据中心分析研究的基础上,对模具联盟企业产品数据交互中心进行了研究与开发;为使模具设计人员提高产品设计效率,建立了基于网络的注塑模具设计资料查询系统。通过系统实例,给出了应用本系统的过程与方法。 基于Web的注塑模具产品数据管理系统的建立对于模具企业的信息化具有重要的意义,是模具企业实现资源共享、数据继承以及并行工程的基础。本课题的研究对于产品数据管理技术向行业化、网络化方向发展以及组建模具虚拟企业以及网络化制造具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Analyzing the characteristic of the PDMS inside and outside china, through the factual demand of the mould vocation and based on the whole analysis of data information of the injection mold product developing process, using Web technology, distributed database, Object-Oriented technology, and group technology, the product data management system of the injection mold based on web is studied.Based on the demand analysis of the injection mold enterprises, using the software engineering method, the system is designed. The network system structure of the system implement is laid out and the safety strategy of the system is studied. Using group technology, the injection mold and its part are classified according to the function and structure and mold database is created. Using the method of the document management, the injection mold product documents are managed. Using Java and JDBC technology, the system is developed and the product data of the mold is managed. Based on the analysis of the public data center of the injection mold product, product data exchange center about the mold union enterprises is developed. For improving injection mold design efficiency, the design materials query system about the injection mold is created in the system. By the system example, the process and method of using the system is presented.It has important significance to creating the product data management system of the injection mold based on the web for the digitalization of the mold enterprises and lays a foundation for the resource share, data inherit and CE of the mold enterprise. The system has some value of reference for creating VE, network manufacturing and PDM developing towards vocation and network.
