快速可重构夹具设计

【摘要】 二十一世纪的制造业面临着顾客需求驱动、不可预测、快速多变和来自全球不断增加的市场竞争,而且竞争不断加剧。市场的不断变化要求制造系统加工的产品品种能够快速变换以满足市场需求。近来的制造业发展表明,兼具自动化生产流水线和柔性制造系统二者优点的快速可重构制造系统已成为未来制造业发展的方向,它能比较好的满足上述要求并符合我国国情。作为制造系统重要组成部分的夹具设计部分,制造系统对其提出了新的要求。因此,可重构制造系统用可重构夹具的设计成为一个值得研究的问题,本文对此进行了一系列的探索和研究。 本论文综述了制造系统和夹具的发展,在可重构性的研究基础上提出适应可重构制造系统的快速可重构夹具的概念,分析了它和以往夹具的联系和区别,研究了它的元件和组件的具体分类。 根据可重构制造系统的特点及其对夹具的要求,将可重构制造系统的夹具的设计过程分为三个部分:基于工件制造特征定位和夹紧的夹具规划;在概念设计中进行夹具组件的设计;在详细设计中进行夹具的装配设计。 建立以功能组件模块为核心的可重构夹具组件库。并在此基础上开发了交互式可重构夹具设计系统。该系统以Solid Works实体造型软件与Visual Basic软件为基础,用户可以在进行产品设计的同时进行夹具组件/元件的重构、排列和设计。该系统可以也可根据实际需要对夹具库进行必要的添加、删除、修改等工作。参数化的功能使所开发的夹具元件模型能同时表示多个外形相似、尺寸不同的夹具元件。 最后,通过理论论证和程序运行结果表明,论文所采取的理论和方法是正确可行的。

【Abstract】 Manufacturing companies in the 21s’ century will face unpredictable,high-frequency market changes driven by global competition. The continuous changes of market require a rapid change of product varieties in order to meet the market demands. Recent surveys have showed that, rapid reconfigurable manufacturing systems(RRMS) whose components are reconfigurable machines and reconfigurable controllers, are the cornerstones of this new manufacturing paradigm. RRMS is also suitable to our country. After reconfiguration manufacturing system puts new requirements on fixture design, an important component of the traditional manufacturing system, so that the fixture design becomes a key problem in RMS. In this paper a series of solutions have been proposed for the fixture design.The development of manufacturing systems and fixtures has been described. The concept of the "fixture" based on the research of reconfiguability and suitable for RMS has been presented. The relation and the difference between a fixture in RMS and conventional fixture has been analyzed. The category of fixture element and fixture unit for RMS has also been studied.According to the performance of RMS and its demand on fixture, a general fixture design process of RMS can be divided into three phases: fixture planning (including locating and clamping) based on the features of work-piece ; fixture unit design in concept design and fixture configuration in detailed design.Groupware Module is the core and base of Reconfigurable Fixture Component/Element Library. A interactive reconfigurable fixture design system has been developed based on this buding of a fixture elements library. SolidWorks and Visual Basic are software platforms for this system. The elements can be reconfigure, reform and design as soon as the product be designing. Users can append ,delete and modify the fixture element library according to specific demands. The parametrization function enables the model to represent more than one fixture elements which have similar shapes but different sizes.At last, the demonstrating of theory and the result of my program, the principle and methods are true and feasible for RRMS.
