【摘要】 本研究站在跨学科的角度，对“价值”概念进行了哲学和经济学解析，并以其作为理论依据，系统论述了知识产权增值的内涵、特征和功能，从增值主体、增值对象、增值过程、管理职能等多个侧面论述了知识产权增值模式与传统知识产权管理模式的区别。作者在全面分析比较现有知识产权评估方法体系优点与不足的基础上，提出建立新的知识产权评估方法体系的设想。 文章通过对国内外典型高新技术企业知识产权管理案例的实证分析，从实践操作层面探讨了集成管理方法在知识产权增值管理中的应用问题。作者指出，对知识产权性质、功能和管理模式的探讨不仅是经济学、管理学的重要课题，它同时也引发出哲学的困惑与思考，对它的系统研讨将完善和发展历史唯物主义的解释体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 This research explains the "value" from the angle of philosophy and economy. And according to this theory, it discusses the intension, character and function of the intellectual property management. It discusses the difference from the value-added management and the traditional management mode of the intellectual property, from the side of management main body, management object and management process. The author bring forward the imagines of building a new evaluating system of intellectual property under the base of analyzing the excellence and shortage of evaluating system of intellectual property in existence.This article analyzes the case of the intellectual property management in the high technology enterprises inside and outside and discusses the application of integration management. The author consider that the discussing of the character, function and mode of intellectual property is not only the task of economics and management, but also the thinking and baffle of philosophy.
