高速公路改扩建工程软土地基段新旧路基间的衔接技术

【摘要】 目前我国高速公路改扩建工程刚刚起步,国内尚无具体的设计和施工技术规范。和新建高速公路相比,改扩建工程具有施工难度大、工艺复杂、质量要求高等特点。特别是软土地基段新旧路基间的衔接技术是改扩建工程的核心技术,由于对这项技术研究在我国是个新的课题。因此极具发展前景。 本文针对高速公路改扩建工程的特点,着重对软土地基段新旧路基间的衔接技术进行了理论上的分析和探讨;比较全面地研究了软土地基段新旧路基间衔接技术的设计方案和施工工艺,并通过对现场试验和观测数据的分析总结,力求找到减小高速公路改扩建工程中新旧路基间纵横裂缝的最佳设计方案和施工工艺。本文得出的一些有益的结论。希望能为刚刚开始的沈大、沪宁、沪杭甬等高速公路的改扩建工程提供一些经验。 相信经过不断的发展和完善,这项技术将成功应用于实际工程,会有效地提高工程质量和节省相当的工程造价。

【Abstract】 China is now just in the early stage of rehabilitation & expansion of expressway, hence no detailed design and construction specification can be found within the mainland of China. In comparison with the expressway to be constructed, the works of rehabilitation & expansion is characterized by the following features: difficult & tough construction techniques and high-quality requirements etc. Especially, for the core technique along the interface between the new and existing subgrade in the softground area. The research of this technique is a new subject in our country. Therefore, it is of much bright prospect.The article has elaborated theoretical analysis and discussion focusing on the technique along the interface between the new and existing subgrade, with combination of considering the features of rehabilitation & expansion of expressway. Furthermore, a comprehensive study has been made with regard of the design and construction techniques along the interface between the new and existing subgrade. To minimize the transverse and longitudinal cracks along the interface and find the optimal design and construction techniques, the analysis & summary has been undertaken by means of the on-site experiment and surveyed data. This article has summarized some helpful conclusions. It is expected that all these experiences can help the ongoing rehabilitation & expansion of expressway projects such as Shenyang to Dalian, Shanghai to Ningbo and Shanghai to Hangzhou etc.It is strongly believed that these techniques would be successfully implemented for the actual projects, with further constant development and perfection, to effectively upgarde the quality and economize the project cost.
