碾压混凝土坝诱导缝等效强度研究

【摘要】 本文首先阐述了碾压混凝土坝诱导缝等效强度的研究意义。通过对碾压混凝土坝的温度应力问题及温控措施的概括,分析了由温度应力产生的大坝裂缝的危害性和控制裂缝的重要性,并在讨论解决温度应力的多种措施及各自优缺点的基础上,阐述了诱导缝这一措施的优势和应用前景,继而通过对诱导缝研究现状与趋势的分析,论证了诱导缝等效强度研究的重要意义和价值。 本文分别对含一个椭圆形诱导片的非穿透型碾压混凝土轴拉试件、含一个矩形诱导片的非穿透型碾压混凝土轴拉试件、含一个矩形诱导片的穿透型碾压混凝土轴拉试件的试验结果进行了分析,验证了非穿透型诱导缝等效强度计算公式的准确合理性,推导并验证了穿透型诱导缝等效强度计算公式的可靠适用性,得到了削弱度、诱导片形状对诱导缝等效强度的影响规律,并对含诱导缝轴拉试件外围混凝土应变分布情况作了简要分析。 在对诱导缝的ANSYS数值模拟中,本文对大量的含诱导缝轴拉计算模型进行了时程模拟,并采用基于J积分的应力强度因子有限元计算方法,对诱导缝应力强度因子进行了计算。通过应用数理统计原理对模拟结果进行分析研究,一方面与试验结果进行对比,用有限元方法验证其正确性;另一方面,利用有限元分析的优势,将研究拓展开去,进一步得到了考虑有限体影响、尺寸类型、削弱度及高宽比影响的诱导缝应力强度因子修正计算公式,并对各影响因素的影响规律及显著效应进行了研究。 本文所得结论对于诱导缝试验研究、理论分析以及实际工程中诱导缝设计具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 This paper expatiates on the meaning of the research on equivalent strength of inductive crack of RCC dams. The problem of temperature stress and the measures of control temperature has been generalized; The endanger of crack caused by temperature stress and the essentiality of controlling crack are analysed; Based on the discussion of the measures which are used to solve the problem of temperature stress, the predominance and application foreground of inductive crack is demonstrated; then, the importance meaning and value of the inductive crack research are provided.Emphase of this paper is the examination of the equivalent strength of inductive crack. By analyzing the test results of the penetrated and the non-penetrated inductive crack, the nicety and rationality of the inductive crack formula are validated; the infection rules of weaken degree and equivalent strength are got; the distributing of the strain around the inductive crack is briefly introduced.In the simulation of inductive crack by ANSYS, this paper calculates the stress intensity factor by J-integral method using lots of inductive crack models. Using statistics principles, the result of the examination is proved effective, and the research is developed to get the infection rule of kinds of complications which are influencing the stress intensity factor.The conclusion discussed in this paper has definite referenced value for examination, theory analysis and design of inductive crack.
