【摘要】 工艺规程课程设计是机械专业学生必须参与的一个实践环节，是培养学生综合应用专业知识的能力以及创新意识的重要手段，也是工程实践的初步训练。本论文的出发点是让学生在网络环境中进行工艺规程设计，改进教学方法，提高教学质量和学生的工程实践能力。 论文分析了在互联网环境中进行工艺规程设计的优势，提出了一种架构远程工艺规程设计系统的可行性方案。为了系统地说明实现过程，论文介绍了实现系统的关键技术——ASP和SQL Server2000数据库，研究了它们之间的连接方法，并初步探讨了系统的各种功能的实现技术和方法。可以说，该系统的开发成功是网络技术、数据库技术等新技术应用于实践的结果之一。 远程工艺规程设计系统成功地实现了常规工艺规程设计所需具备的一些功能，保证学生能完全在网络环境中完成工艺规程设计。系统提供拟定工艺路线时的帮助支持、工艺数据的查询、网上交流讨论、工序的局部调整以及训练情况的统计分析。 理论的可靠和实践的支持表明，在网络环境中构建工艺规程设计系统是完全可行的。它必将促进传统教学方式的改革，从而进一步提高教学效果和改进教学管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Curriculum design of process plain is a practical tache which students who major in mechanical engineering should participate in. It is an important means trains students’ ability of synthetically applying professional knowledge and innovative consciousness, and it is also a primary training of project practice. The aim of this dissertation is to make students do design of process plain under the environment of net, to improve teaching ways and to enhance teaching quality and students’ ability to carry out project.This paper analyses the advantages of doing design of process plain under the environment of Internet, brings forward feasible scheme of construct system of remote-distance design process. In order to illuminate the course of realization systematically, this paper introduces two pivotal techniques-ASP and SQL Server2000, studies the way to connect them, and primarily discusses the techniques and ways to implement the system. It should be said that the success of developing the system is one of the results that are come into being when new techniques, such as net and database, are applied to practice.Remote-distance process design system successfully realizes some functions that general process plain design should possess, and ensures students to complete process plain design under the environment of net. The system offers online help when students study process, and offers queries about technical data, online communion & argumentation, partial modification of process and Stat. & analyses of circs in training.Reliability of theory and sustentation of practice indicate that process design system is viable under the environment of net.
