现浇砼空心楼板的试验研究及在工程中的应用

【摘要】 随着科学技术的不断发展,出现了许多结构新技术,现浇砼空心楼板就是其中一例。现浇混凝土空心楼盖结构技术利用预制空心楼板的概念,将空心圆孔管埋入混凝土板中,按一定方向排列,现场浇注成型,使原实心混凝土板变成空心板。该项结构技术的核心是混凝土薄壁筒体构件(简称BDF薄壁管)的成型与制作,此项技术现已获国家专利。 本文主要研究工作如下: 本文概述了现浇砼圆形空心楼板专利技术在设计中应用的发展过程,介绍了几个工程实例和计算方法的变更,做了几种结构形式的楼板之间的经济指标的比较,介绍了一个工程楼板的模型试验的分析以及在施工中应注意的事项。随着现浇砼空心板广泛应用,此种结构技术会不断完善发展,取得更大的社会效益。

【Abstract】 With the persistent development of science and technology, a lot of new technologies for structure have been produced. Site-mixed-hollow concrete slab is one of the examples. The technology for Site-mixed-hollow concrete slab applies the principle of pre-mixed-hollow concrete slab, which embeddings hollow tubes into Site-mixed-hollow concrete slabs according to certain directional arrangement and then pours them on the site. So this method can change the former concrete into hollow slab. The key point of this technology is how to mould and manufacture concrete member ( BDF) . This item of technology has been obtained the national patent.My article presents the ideas as follows:It summarizes the application and development of the patent technology for Site-mixed-hollow concrete slab and also introduces some engineering examples and the alteration of calculational methods. It gives the comparison of economic index for several kinds of structural forms among the slabs. And it presents an analysis of the model experiment for slabs as well as the points for attention under construction.I think along with the extensive application of site-mixed-hollow concrete slab, this structural technology will be improved and developed continuously and at the same time get more social benefits.
