注塑模顶出机构智能化设计系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 注塑模顶出机构的智能化设计系统是一个集成在AutoCAD 2000平台上的智能化软件系统。它旨在实现任一常见注塑制品的顶出方式的智能化选择以及其相应的三维顶出机构模型的自动生成。 本系统由三个模块组成:一)选择顶出方式的专家系统模块;二)求顶出零件尺寸的推理计算模块;三)整个顶出机构的三维造型模块。 在选择注塑制品的顶出方式时,引入人工智能技术,建立了智能化选择顶出方式的专家系统。该系统综合运用了面向对象技术、数据库技术以及模糊理论来表示、存储选择顶出方式所需的专家经验知识,并依据这些知识来高效地进行推理,从而快捷、方便地得到它所对应的顶出方式。 将求顶出零件尺寸所需的计算公式转换成程序代码,并封装成模块;将计算过程中需要查手册表的塑料性能等参数存储在数据库中。只要输入塑件内壁直径、壁厚以及脱模斜度等几个简单参数,便能迅速推理、计算出顶杆直径或顶板厚度。这使得设计人员能从繁重的手工计算中解脱出来,从而有更多精力从事创造性设计。 将顶出机构中的顶出部件、复位部件以及导向部件的尺寸参数存储在数据库管理系统SQL Server 2000中,并基于AutoCAD2000平台,使用VC++6.0和ObjectARX 2000开发工具分别对这些标准件或常用件进行三维参数化造型,最后按照相互之间的位置关系,将它们组装成一个完整的三维顶出机构实体模型。 利用人机交互技术,在AutoCAD 2000的界面基础上开发出直观方便、易于使用的用户菜单,以使上面三个模块都集成在AutoCAD平台上,从而构成一个相互联系、相互依赖的有机整体——顶出机构的智能化设计系统。 本课题是注塑模具智能CAD系统的一个重要组成部分。它的研究与实现,对于模具开发具有一定的应用和参考价值。

【Abstract】 The intellectualized design system for ejection system of plastic injection mold is an intelligent software integrated into the platform of AutoCAD2000.Its aim is to realize the intelligent selection for ejecting way of any common plastic product and automatic generation for the according 3D model of ejection system.This system is composed of three modules. They include the module of expert’system of selecting ejection ways, the module of reasoning and calculating the size of ejection parts and the module of 3D modeling for ejection system.When selecting ejection ways of plastic products, the technology of artificial intelligence will be introduced to establish expert system for intelligently selecting ejection ways. Comprehensively applying object-oriented technology, database technology and fuzzy theory, this expert system represents, saves the knowledge for selecting ejection way and make reasoning efficiently to acquire the appropriate ejection way conveniently.With calculating formula for the size of ejection parts transformed into programming code and encapsulated into module; with plastic properties .etc saved in database, when plastic product’s inside diameter and wall thickness .etc are inputed, the value of stem diameter or upper plate’s depth will be acquired rapidly, so designers can be free from heavy calculation and be concentrated on creative design with more energy.The size parameter of ejecting part, return part and guide part in ejection system are saved in SQL Server2000 and modeled into 3D solid by integrating VC++6.0 with ObjectARX2000 on the platform of AutoCAD2000.Finally, these 3D solid models of standard parts are assembled into a complete 3D solid model of ejection system.By using technology of man-machine interface, a user-friendly visual special menu is customized based on the interface of AutoCAD2000,so that the three modules are all integrated into the platform of AutoCAD2000 to form an interactive entirety-the intellectualized design system for ejection system of plastic injection mold.This paper is just an important part of intelligent CAD system for plastic injection mold. Its research and realization have application and reference value for mold development.
