面向铣削加工的虚拟机床技术的研究

【摘要】 21世纪的制造业为了提高竞争力,适应快速变化的市场,必须以最快的上市速度,最好的质量,最低的成本,最优的服务及最清洁的环境来满足不同客户的需求和社会发展的需求。虚拟机床(VMT)就是为达成这一目标而产生的一种用于实现各种先进制造模式的新兴的使能技术,并处于迅速发展之中。数控技术是现代化加工设备的基础,发展先进制造技术,必须发展数控技术。而数控铣削是现代加工中不可缺少的一种加工手段,因此面向一般数控机床用户,以铣削加工为背景,在Windows环境下设计一个仿真数控铣削软件,将仿真结果变换成指令直接输给数控加工中心,以提高NC编程的效率与质量,改善NC加工环境是十分有益的。 本文在阅读和分析了大量国内外文献的基础上,以提高加工效率、缩短加工时间、降低加工成本、方便用户操作为目的,提出了“面向铣削加工的虚拟机床技术的研究”的课题,对虚拟机床的结构和功能进行了探讨和研究。 本论文首先介绍了虚拟现实的概念、特征、分类以及使用的计算机平台、外围设备、应用软件。讨论了虚拟机床的关键技术,在机械工程中的应用及其目前的发展情况。讨论了虚拟制造的相关技术的发展状况以及目前的研究成果。分析了虚拟机床实现的方法。 然后对虚拟铣削加工的建模方法和虚拟环境的建立作了分析和研究。用OpenGL函数库工具建立了铣削加工中心的三维几何实体模型。对实体模型加以颜色、光照、材质和纹理等处理,建立了逼真的虚拟铣床操作环境。并实现了用鼠标和键盘作为输入设备,显示器作为输出设备进行铣削加工的动态演示。该操作动画具有较强的交互性和一定的沉浸感。此虚拟铣床仿真系统为虚拟技术在机械工程中的应用作了一些基础性的研究工作。该应用程序为虚拟现实在铣削加工中的应用奠定了一定的基础。 最后探讨了如何利用VRML技术实现虚拟制造的网络文件数据交换,并给出了具体实现的方法,为基于计算机网络的远程加工作了一定的基础性工作。 本论文的研究开发工作都是在PC机上进行的。本地虚拟铣削系统使用VisualC++6.0编程语言,并用到了OpenGL函数库工具和基于3DMax实体造型工具。网络文件数据交换部分利用Java和VRML语言实现。
【Abstract】 Manufacturing industry in 21th century requires the enterprises to win market and customers with the fastest time to market , the best quality , the lowest cost , the best service and the cleanest environment . Increasing rivalrousness and responding alterative market rapidly , Virtual Machine Tool is an enabling technology of growing rapidly for reaching this aim , which is used to integrate all kinds of advanced manufacturing models . Numerical control technology (NC) is base on modern machining equipment . Advanced making technic is depended on the development of NC . NC Mill (NCM)is an indispensable means in modern machining . So it is necessary to design a emulational NC software to help us to increase NC program efficiency and quality and to amend the NC environment in the underground of NC Mill , Facing to popular user .On the basis of studying and analyzing abundant references , for improving the machining quality , shortening the machining time , lowering the cost , convenience user , this dissertation proposes the task of "The Research of NCM Virtual Manufacturing Tool (NCM-VMT)" .Firstly this dissertation describes concept, characters and classification of virtual reality and the computer platform, peripheral , application software. Its application to engineering and the key technology is discussed in this part. The method about virtual manufacturing tool is analyzed.Secondly this dissertation discribes how to build the model and environment of VMT . The system builds the three-dimensional mode of milling machine with OpenGL tools in part. The three-dimensional mode is imparted with color, illumination, material and texture. The operation environment of virtual milling machine is realistically built. The operator can operate the virtual milling machine by mouse and keyboard. The monitor is the equipment of output. The operation motion has better interaction and good immersion. This virtual milling machine can be used to train workers simply. It is a basic researching for the application of virtual reality in mechanical engineering. It provides a basement for the further application of virtual reality to engineering.Finally this dissertation discusses how to use VRML to finish file transfer on VMT in Internet and bring forward a way to realization . It supply a base research for the long-distance process .The researches in this dissertation are developed on PC with Visual C++ 6. 0. The VMT system has used developed tools of OpenGL and 3D Max . File transfer rely on Java and VRML .
