济钢测量设备管理业务流程再造研究

【摘要】 测量设备管理是企业一项重要的基础工作，也是一项复杂的系统工程。随着经济和技术的发展，传统的管理模式已不适应建设现代化企业的需要。论文针对济钢测量设备管理中存在的手段落后、环节复杂、成本高、效率低等问题，进行调查、研究和分析，提出解决方案和措施。 论文以业务流程再造理论为基础，阐述了济钢进行测量设备管理业务流程再造的必要性和可行性，重新规划了业务流程，设计新的管理模型。论文选择了面向对象的方法进行业务流程的信息化改造，采用计算机网络技术和分布式数据库建立科学高效的测量设备管理信息系统，支持测量设备从选配，采购到报废管理全过程，达到削减成本、提高效率、简化流程、科学决策的目标，实现管理的规范化、现代化、科学化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Measuring Equipment Management is an important fundamental and complicated work for the enterprise. With the development of economy and technology, the traditional management mode cannot meet the requirement of modern enterprise. Some problems exist in measuring equipment management of JiGang such as laggard methods, complicated procedures , high cost and low efficiency. How to improve the management is just the work to be solved in this Paper. Based on the theory of Bussiness Process Reengineering a new process flow and a new management mode are designed. MIS of measuring equipment is built with the methods of Object Oriented to support management process of the measuring equipment from selection, purchase and reject.With the implementation of Bussiness Process Reengineering , measuring equipment management of JiGang will reach a new level such as cost reduced, efficiency improved, process simplified and scientific decision making. A scientific, normative and modern management will be realized.更多还原
