太阳能光伏发电并网逆变装置

【摘要】 太阳能光伏并网发电是太阳能光伏发电重要的应用之一,文中对其研究的意义及国内外现状进行了详细的阐述。通过对一种基于80C196MC单片机的单位功率因数逆变系统的研究,建立了相关的控制模型,通过完整的软硬件设计,制作出太阳能光伏发电并网逆变装置样机,实现了太阳能光电池阵列与电网的并网发电。通过对一些控制方法的分析比较,装置采用了电流预估控制技术,电流跟踪的规则控制技术,并结合单片机控制技术及光伏电池应用技术,使得网侧电流正弦化且为单位功率因数。

【Abstract】 The solar photovoltaic connecting grid power is one of the important solar photovoltaic applications. It shows the meaning of doing research work to the application and gives the recent status on this aspect inside and outside the country. By the research of the inverter system at unity power factor, which is basic on the 80cl96MC microchip computer, the concerned control model is established, and the inverter for the solar PV connecting grid power is made out by the whole software and hardware design. So the connecting grid power by using solar PV is realized. In the inverter, through the compared with several current control methods, the new type current pre-estimation control technology and the regulation control technology of current tracing are adopted. Meanwhile microprocessor control technology and the photovoltaic application technology are integrated in. All of these made the grid current in sine and unity power factor.
