沧州炼油厂设备管理信息系统建设方案研究

【摘要】 本文从对沧州炼油厂设备管理现状的分析入手，结合现代设备管理的理论与实践，通过进行大量的现场调查，指出当前沧州炼油厂在规范设备管理方法和手段上存在的问题，制定了符合现代设备管理模式的管理规范。在此基础上构造了沧州炼油厂设备管理信息系统(SHBMIS)的三层模型，形成了该厂现代设备管理实施方案。该方案具有三个特点： (1)建立了符合石化行业设备分类标准和专业划分的标准信息结构；(2)完成了针对石化行业设备管理模式的系统功能设计；(3)采用开放的结构设计，系统具有可扩展性。最后，作者还提出了沧州炼油厂实施该系统的规划与具体步骤。 本文可供石化行业兄弟厂家信息与设备管理部门参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of many on-the-spot investigations, the present points out the problems in equipment management of Cangzhou Refinery and attempts to put forward more practical management ways and mode, which will lay a solid foundation for information system of equipment management. The paper uses MIS theory and methods to determine the plan for the information system of equipment management.By the adoption of MIS theory and methods, the execution plan for SHBMIS has been determined here, which has the following three characteristics: firstly, it sets up the standard information structure based on the standard for SINOPEC equipment classification as well as the rules for specialty classification. Secondly, the functional design is made according to SINOPEC equipment management mode so that the combination of equipment basis management with the professional technique management is achieved. Thirdly, the open structure design is adopted so that all the data can be shared, which makes the system more advanced and extendable.By analysis of the application of the present computer technology of Cangzhou Refinery, the paper puts forward specific strategy, methods and steps for the execution of the information system of equipment management.This paper can be a reference for equipment management departments in the petrochemical industry.更多还原
