USB总线技术在虚拟仪器中的应用

【摘要】 USB总线技术是PC体系中一套全新的工业总线标准。目前,USB端口已成为了微机主板的标准端口,并且有取代串口、并口等其他总线接口的趋势。它具有价廉、高速、低功耗、支持即插即用(Plug & Play)和使用维护方便等优点,广泛应用在各种PC外设中。 随着计算机技术的发展,个人PC机的功能越来越强大,虚拟仪器技术也正在飞速发展,具有广阔的发展前景。USB总线技术在廉价型测量仪器的应用将成为一种新的趋势。 本文主要分为五个部分,第一部分讨论了USB总线技术和虚拟仪器技术的发展过程并给出了系统的初步设计方案;第二部分详细介绍了USB总线技术;第三部分给出了系统的硬件整体设计方案及程序设计思想;第四部分给出了系统软件整体设计方案及程序接口;第五部分给出了系统开发构架、采样效果图并对给出了一些进一步完善系统的建议。 本文讨论了将USB总线技术应用到虚拟仪器中的软、硬件设计,给出了一个切实可行的方案。

【Abstract】 The technology of USB is one new standard of industrial bus in PC system. At the present time, USB port not only has been the standard port of the main board of PC, but also trends to substitute the other bus interface such as serial interface, parallel interface and so on.USB is abroadly applied in all kinds of peripheral equipment of PC and it is cheap, high speed, low power and support Plug&Play. It’s convenient in use and maintenance.With the development of computer technology, the power of personal PC is becoming greater and greater and the technology of virtual instrument which is being develop at very fast speed has great foregroud.It will become one new trend to apply the technology of USB in cheap measure instrument.The paper is organized as follows. Section 1 discusses the developmental process of the technology of USB and virtual instrument and put forward one elementary design scheme of the system. The technology of USB is presented detailedly in Section 2, while Section 3 expounds the holistic design scheme of system hardware and the thought of programming. Section 4 discusses the holistic design scheme of system software and programme interface. The structure of developing system and effect picture of sampling are presented in Sections. Some suggestions to improve the system is also presented in Section 5.The paper discusses the application of the technology of USB in the design of software and hardware of virtual instrument, and bring forward one feasible solution.
