新型智能化物流传输系统的研究

【摘要】 随着科技的发展,人民生活水平的提高,物流传输系统正在被越来越广泛地应用于各种民用和工业现场,如邮政分拣系统、机场行李传送线、矿场输送带等等。过去,由旋转电机驱动的物流传输系统,机械磨损和噪音较大,设备的效率不高,使用年限不长,无法保证系统长期运行的可靠性。 论文结合贵州省科委立项的物流传输系统的课题工作,研究了一种新型的适用于物件直线输送场合的悬式推挂物流传输系统。它采用直线电机直接驱动,由逻辑控制器(PLC)控制。由于它不需要中间传动装置,因而在机械磨损和噪音的性能方面要明显优于由传统的旋转电机驱动的物流传输系统。对直线电机的控制采用SPWM、DSC等控制技术,使得控制系统的性能得到了极大的提高。同时由于系统采用模块化设计,使得系统的功能容易扩展或简化。 论文首先宏观介绍直线电机和相关控制技术的基本原理、发展历史及其分类方法,然后整体介绍悬式推挂物流传输控制系统的整体机械结构和电气工作原理。接着由上而下,分层详细阐述了组成系统的逻辑控制部分和电机驱动部分两个子系统。在系统的逻辑控制部分,主要阐述了系统的功能、结构的划分以及整体的逻辑控制软件的实现。在电机驱动部分主要说明了电机的控制策略、变频驱动技术的原理和在本系统的实现。该项目目前已经通过鉴定,各项指标均已符合项目的要求。鉴定意见认为,本系统与传统物料推挂系统相比,具有噪音小,工作效率高,控制方便、灵活,且可智能化运行的优点;与国外类似功能的产品相比,造价低。在国内外市场具有强的竞争力。本项目具有自主知识产权,据检索,国内尚未发现同类成果,项目成果填补了国内空白,其综合性能具有国内领先水平。 论文还就直接转矩控制技术,变频技术产生的电磁污染的控制问题进行了讨论。并进行了实验和基于MATLAB/SIMULINK的仿真研究,取得了合理的理论成果。论文的最后是对本文工作的总结和展望。

【Abstract】 With the development of modern technology and the improvement of standard of living, convey system is applied in business and industrial fields, such as the luggage transportation line of the aerodrome, the sorting machine system in post, and the transportation line in mine, etc. Convey system was driven by rotary motor in the past. The shortage of this kind of system is that the mechanical frictional waste and noises cannot neglect. This results in the low efficiency and the short life of the equipment. And for that, it can’t guarantee the reliability of the system for long term running.This paper will introduce you a new convey system for suspend which is of push type and applied in linear motion occasions. The new system is driven by linear motor and controlled by logical programmable controller (PLC) and the microprocessor (PIC). Because there isn’t middle transmission equipment in the system, in its performance in the noises and the mechanical frictional waste, it is a more superior way than the traditional one, which is driven by rotary motor. The system was designed in module. And this make the performance of the control system improved prominently and the function of the system can be extended or reduced conveniently.Based on the introduced of the main structure of the linear-motor-driven suspending push-type convey system, this paper expatiate the logical control subsystem and driven control subsystem of this convey system.First, this paper introduces the basic principle, the development, the category of linear motor and its control technology. Second, the mechanical structure and the electrical principle of the convey system. Third, the principle and realize of the technique used in the logical control subsystem and the driven control subsystem is expatiated. The technique include the variable frequency technology, the direct self-control technology, the EMI, etc.Finally, this paper summarizes the research course and advances the prospect of the project.
