固态短路限流器工程化研究

【摘要】 电网规模的不断扩大和结构的日益复杂化,使短路电流水平不断提高,增加了系统设备(如主变压器、断路器等)容量的配置难度;给系统的安全、稳定和可靠运行埋下严重隐患,因此应该采取行之有效的方法限制短路电流。近年来,浙江大学有关人员在国家自然科学基金的支持下,开展“固态功率开关及短路限流技术的研究”,提出了一种全新的固态短路限流技术,具有许多灵活的控制方式,完全有条件开发成一种性能优良的短路限流装置。 本文是在已有工作的基础上,对固态短路限流技术进行工程化研究。首先给出了我国部分区域电网短路容量日益增加的实例,阐明了研究短路限流技术的必要性,介绍并评述了常规的限流技术和新型的超导、固态限流技术。继而,介绍了一种新型固态限流技术,给出了单相、三相限流器的主电路拓扑,分析了其基本工作原理和控制方式,指出以全控桥结构为基础的变压器耦合桥式限流器能够更加灵活地处理电力系统的各种短路故障,及时地限制短路电流,并与现有的线路三段保护相配合,还可根据需要实现及时切除故障电路,在故障恢复时软重合闸。然后,给出了380V实验室样机的系统框图、主电路具体参数的计算方法和二次控制回路的主要硬件电路的设计方法、部分软件实现方法。最后,介绍了工程设计时遇到的主要干扰和采用的抑制干扰的措施,并对现场调试中的有关问题作了总结,为10kV新型固态限流器的研制奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The fault current has increased greatly along with the expanding power network and the complicated structure. This trend adds difficulty in installing system devices such as main transformer and breaker. So it is important to take effective action to limit fault current for the sake of the system security. In the recent years,supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China,the faculty in Zhejiang University have begun the research of solid states power switch and fault current limiting technology. They provide a novel solid states fault current limiting technology,which possesses flexible control mode. It is feasible to develop a well-performed fault current limiter.Based on this background,the author does some research on engineering application of the solid states fault current limiting technology. Firstly,the author introduces some examples of the increasing fault capacity in several area power systems of China. So it is necessary to make some research on fault limiter. Then the author gives an overview of some existing fault current limiting technologies and novel superconducting,solid states fault current limiting technologies. After that,the author discusses a novel solid states limiting technology and provides a single-phase solid states bridge current limiter and a main circuit topology of three-phase fault current limiter. It can be found that the new type of three-phase solid states bridge current limiter can handle the fault conditions more flexibly. It can not only remove the fault circuit,but also control the value of stable fault current to cooperate with the existing line three-segment relay. It also can realize soft reclosing under fault restoration. Afterward,the author gives a block diagram of a 380-voltage lab sample,the computation method of the main circuit parameters,the design of main hardware circuit and the part of the software realization in controlling circuit of the limiter. Finally,the author makes some introduction on the main disturbances appearing in the engineering design of the limiter and the measure of limiting those disturbances. The author makes a summarization about the problem in the on-site debugging which makes a preparation for the development of 10k-voltage novel solid states fault limiter.
