基于PLC控制的免维护智能型直流电源系统

【摘要】 直流控制电源系统是牵引变电所的重要组成部分,随着铁道电气化技术及运营管理的发展,对直流控制电源系统提出了更高的要求,具备高可靠、小型化、自动化、高精度、免维护等特征的直流电源已倍受关注和期待。 本文结合宝成复线电气化工程,针对牵引变电所直流控制电源系统设计,阐述了一个基于PLC控制器、高频开关整流装置和阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池的直流屏的设计和产品研制。文章描述了典型牵引变电所直流控制电源的系统设计,产品构成,元器件选择等,同时对本系统以PLC为核心的管理单元,工业触摸屏为人机界面,以及全方位的采集、检测设备进行了叙述,介绍了系统在自动化控制和管理方面的技术特点。该系统技术先进、性能优良、自动化程度及效率高,在工程应用中赢得现场好评。 本文开展了以下研究: (1) 针对工程应用,提出了新型直流系统的设计方案并予以实施; (2) 直流电源自动控制系统的设计,管理单元PLC的编程实现; (3) 人机界面-触摸屏的设计和编程; (4) 对直流系统管理单元纳入变电所综合自动化系统现场总线进行了研究。

【Abstract】 DC control Power System, which plays an important role of traction power substation , is expected to be with the characters of higher reliability, automation, precision, smaller figure and maintenance-free while the technique and management of electric railway develop rapidly. The development of DC control power system described in this paper is oriented to the Baoji-Chengdu electric railway-engineering project. A DC control Power System, which is based on PLC, HF switch rectifier and valve control seal battery is described in the paper. The designing and researching of DC control Power System of a typical traction power substation such as system designing, HMI and program designing, elements choice, panel configuration etc. are carried out. Automation control and management of the system are introduced in the paper as well as PLC, touch screen and collecting, inspecting device. The system has obtained user’s reputation with its advanced techniques, good characters, automation and efficiency. The research of this paper is as below:(1) Based on a real electric railway engineering, a new DC control power system is proposed and developed.(2) The design of automation control unit and management unit of DC control power system is carried out.(3) The design and programme of HMI-touch screen is carried out.(4) The problem is discussed on connecting between management unit of DC control power system and field bus of the substation automation system.
