基于GPS/GSM的车辆监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着社会的进步和经济的发展,机动车辆的数量不断的增加,我国的道路的发展跟不上机动车辆数量的增长,造成了交通拥挤、交通事故日益增多等一系列社会急需解决的问题。 ITS智能交通系统是电子信息技术和通信技术在交通管理领域广泛应用而产生的一个崭新的领域,它从系统论的角度出发,综合考虑了人、车、道路和环境四个方面的因素,为了减少道路交通的拥挤和车辆意外交通事故的发生,提出了一系列的解决方案,并且逐渐成为了现代交通工程的一个重要的发展方向。 论文作者本着从理论到实践的出发点,首先,对ITS智能交通系统的基本理论进行了研究,并且对智能交通系统在国内、外的发展情况进行了分析;从理论研究的角度,探讨了ITS智能交通系统当前研究的主要内容;从系统工程的角度,探讨智能交通系统的总体的系统结构。在以上研究的基础上,归纳了ITS智能交通系统在解决交通问题的一些解决方案。其次,目前阶段,智能车辆监控定位系统是智能交通系统理论在现实交通管理中的一个典型的实际应用。论文的作者在对智能交通系统的基本理论进行了研究的基础上,对智能车辆监控定位系统的系统原理和系统结构功能进行了深入的研究,并且对智能车辆监控定位系统中车载单元的定位技术、无线传输方法和车辆监控管理中心的GIS技术进行了分析和探讨。最后,论文的作者在以上的理论研究的基础上,针对目前交通运输部门中普遍存在着的车辆管理不方便和车辆容易被劫、被盗等实际问题,提出了一个GPS/GSM车辆监控报警系统的设计方案,此方案采用GSM系统的短消息业务来进行定位数据和控制信息的传送手段。通过GPS/GSM车辆监控报警系统,用户可以及时的了解到出行车辆的运行位置和运行状态;出行车辆在遇到意外的交通情况或者被盗,车辆的车载单元会及时的向监控中心发送求助信号,以便用户能及时地对意外事件进行处理。GPS/GSM车辆监控报警系统在物流、出租车、邮政快递和私家车的车辆监控管理方面有一定的实用价值,并且为加强车辆的管理、防盗、防抢提出了一种解决方法。此系统的方案经过测试,达到了预期的设计效果。

【Abstract】 With the progress of the society and improvement of the economy, the quantity of vehicles keeps increasing. However, the development of the road construction has fallen behind the incensement of vehicle, which causes a serial of serious society problems such as more and more traffic-jams, accidents and so on. For the sake of the whole society, we must take measure to resolve the problems mentioned above.ITS(intelligent traffic system) is a new technology field that com.es into being, as soon as more and more electronic technology and communication technology were applied in traffic control. From the viewpoint of system theory, ITS considers four factors: people, road, vehicle and environment, synthetically. It comes up with many solutions in order to reduce the occurrence of traffic-jams and accident. Further more, ITS has become an important tendency of modern traffic engineering.In order to put theory into practice, the author researches many theories and application of ITS and vehicle monitoring system. The research work achieved, during the course of author completing the paper, is discussed in detail as follow.Firstly, this paper discusses the basic theory of ITS and analyzes its development both domestically and overseas. On the other hand, this paper expatiated the academic content of ITS at present from the viewpoint of academic research and studied the systemic frame of ITS from the viewpoint of systemic engineer. Based on all the research work mentioned above, the paper pointed out some ITS solutions which are effective to resolve some traffic problems.Secondly, intelligent vehicle monitoring system is a typical application of ITS in traffic control and management. The paper discusses the basic theory, systemic structure and systemic function of the intelligent vehicle monitoring system. The paper also analyzes the related key technology of this system such as CIS, wireless position technology, wireless communication etc.At last, this paper discusses the designation and implementation of a GPS/GSM vehicle monitoring alarming system. This system produces a practical measure to resolve the problems in traffic control and management, such as vehicle hijacking, vehicle safe, vehicle management discommodiously. This GPS/GSM vehicle monitoring alarming system adopts GSM SMS as data traffic means. It.can offer the following functions: Onone hand, users can query both the position and the state of the vehicle. On the other hand, the vehicle can send the help signal to the vehicle monitoring center while the vehicle encounters traffic accident or the vehicle is hijacked. According to the help signal, users and vehicle monitoring center can dispose the accident at time. This GPS/GSM vehicle monitoring alarming system can be applied in TAXI, goods circulation and private vehicle etc. This system also produces a method to enhance the vehicle management and the ability of vehicle safe. The system has experienced practical test and achieved expectant result.
