直线电机与电磁铁试验台测控系统研究

【摘要】 本文从实际应用出发,针对用于对磁浮列车关键技术进行研究的直线电机(LIM)与电磁铁试验台,基于LabWindows/CVI与DASYLab组建了一套对试验台进行数据采集、过程控制的测控系统。 测控系统的硬件平台用传感器、数据采集器、工控模块、八通道数字显示仪、控制显示仪、计算机等组成,测控系统的人机交互界面用数据采集与分析软件DASYLab与程序设计语言LabWindows/CVI开发。该测控系统利用DASYLab组建的人机界面完成对数据采集器WaveBOOK/512与WBK14的数据采集,利用LabWindows/CVI编制的人机界面完成来自于工控模块的数据采集与控制。 整个测控系统利用了DASYLab组建采集分析系统的简单快捷和LabWindows/CVI丰富的控件与强大的编程功能,将两者的优点有机的结合起来,可以完成直线电机及电磁铁试验中的数据采集、分析、存储,并且可以控制试验中直线电机、电磁铁、直流电机的启动与停止,对直线电机绕组电压、直线电机绕组电压频率、直流电机励磁绕组电压、直流电机电枢绕组电压、电磁铁绕组电压的大小进行控制。直线电机与电磁铁的试验可以在计算机上自动完成,试验与分析结果表明整个测控系统具有较高的精度与可靠性。 论文首先简要介绍了试验台整个系统机械、电气、测量与控制结构,其次对测控系统的硬件平台进行了详细地讲解,然后详细的介绍了测控系统人机交互界面的设计过程,最后介绍了利用该测控系统来进行直线电机与电磁铁试验的情况。

【Abstract】 For the practical application,in this paper a kind of measure and control system which based on LabWindows/CVI and DASYLab and can complete the data acquisition and process control of the linear induction motor(LIM) and electromagnet testbench is built.The testbench is used on the research of the key technologies of the meglev train.The hardware platform of the measure and control system consists of transducers,data acquisition modules, industrial control modules,eight-channel digital display instruments,display and control instruments and personal computer etc. .The interactive interface of the system is developed on the basis of the data acquisition software DASYLab and the program language LabWindows/CVI.On the one hand,the interactive interface designed by DASYLab is used to acquire the data from the WaveBook/512 and WBK.14.On the other hand, the active interface designed by LabWindows/CVI is used to acquire the data from the industrial control modules and control the modules.The system takes both advantages,the former is fast and convenient characteristics of DASYLab in building a control and measure system ,and the latter is the powerful program function and abundant control button of LabWindows/CVI.It can acquire,analysis and save the real-time data in the experiments of the LIM and electromagnet Meanwhile,it can control the start/stop of the LIM. electromagnet and DC motor,as well as it can control the change of the voltage and frequency of the LIM. the exciting windings voltage and rotor windings voltage of the DC motor . the windings voltage of electromagnet. The experiments of LIM and electromagnet can be executedon computer automatically.The tests and analysis have showed that the measure and control system has high accuracy and reliability.Firstly,this paper introduces the mechinic and electrical structures. measurement and control system of the testbench briefly. Secondly, it introduces the hardware platform of the measure and control system in detail.Thirdly,it introduces the design process of the interactive interface of the system.Finally,it shows the experiment results of the LIM and electromagnet.
