小导管注浆技术及在隧道和地下工程中的应用

【摘要】 在隧道及地下工程施工中,遇到不良地层时,往往要进行地层预加固。在较小断面洞室开挖(一般跨度在6米以下的洞室)和局部小范围塌方的处理中,超前小导管以其施工工艺简单、施工作业空间要求较小、施工方案可以随时调整和显著的经济效益等特点在地层预加固时成为首选的方案之一。 小导管注浆可以改变围岩的力学性能,提高围岩的力学参数,主要通过小导管本身和浆液两方面来实现,而浆液材料和注浆参数在小导管注浆中占有很重要的地位,在设计、施工时应给予充分的重视。注浆效果是通过围岩的抗渗性和强度体现出来的,效果确认可以通过现场原位试验和实验室试验进行。施工工艺包括施工准备、钻孔、打小导管、浆液的制作和注浆几部分。最后作者根据自己的亲身实践,对小导管注浆方法应用到各种地层中的工程实例进行了总结和介绍,其中包括小导管注浆在破碎板岩中的应用、在断层破碎带中的应用、在砂层和砂粘土层中的应用以及在处理塌方时的应用, 本文在总结前人研究的基础上,理论联系实际对小导管注浆的分类、加固原理、注浆效果检测、施工工艺和工程应用实例进行了系统的研究。

【Abstract】 During the construction of tunnel and underground engineering, when facing to bad ground, reinforcement steps is often required to preconditioning the grounds. When the excavated area is smaller (Originally the span is bellow 6 meters) and the collapses are in the part cave-in segments, pipe grouting is being one of the preferred schemes Because it takes advantage of simple construction procedure, need little work element construction space, may modify construction scheme in any case of needed.Rely on the pipe itself and grouting, pipe grouting could improve the mechanical property of the surrounding rocks, make the mechanical parameter of the surrounding rock betterment. The material and the parameter of grouting play a very important role in the construction, so it must be paid sufficient attention. The effect of pipe grouting that can be confirmed through situ-testing and laboratory, testing can be represented by the impermeability and intension of surrounding-rock. The procedure includes preparing, boring, setting pipes, manufacturing serous fluid and grouting etc. Finally, according to the practice, the author put the method of pipe grouting into productive practice which includes the application in broken slate, in fragmenting fault zone, in sand seam and in sand-clay blanket, and in dealing with cave-in collapse.Based on the study of predecessors, the thesis integrate the theory in practice to the specific engineering and put systematically study on the system of classification, principles of reinforcement, detection of effectiveness, construction scheme.
