中医药防治糖尿病骨质疏松的实验研究

【副题名】补肾壮骨胶囊对钙调节激素及骨生物力学特性的影响

【摘要】 目的 研究补肾壮骨胶囊对糖尿病性骨质疏松模型大鼠骨代谢及骨重建的调节机制。方法 Alloxna腹腔注射建立DM大鼠模型,予补肾壮骨胶整、碳酸钙+阿法D3灌胃治疗,并以二甲双胍为基础用药。对照观察药物对DO大鼠DM控制情况、骨密度、骨量指标、骨代谢生化指标、骨生物力学指标、成骨细胞TGF-β表达情况以及血流变的影响。结果 实验性DO大鼠上述指标均呈明显异常,BMD及骨量显著降低。补肾壮骨胶囊治疗后有明显缓解,综合疗效优于对照西药。结论 糖尿病大鼠存在明显的骨量减少和骨质疏松。补肾壮骨胶囊对DO模型大鼠骨代谢及骨重建具有多途径、多环节的有效调节作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the regulating mechanism of Bu sheng Zhuang Gu Capsules (BC) on bone metabolism and bone remodeling of Diabetic Osteoporosis (DO) rats models. Methods Extablished DM rats models by in-troperitoneal injection of Alloxan. Trended the diabetic rats with condensed liquor of BC and Calcium Carbonate Tablets + Alpha D3(C+A) respectively through tube feeding,and Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets (M.H.) as basic remedy meanwhile. Observed the influence of different medicines on following parameters:diabetic general condition,bone mineral density (BMD),bone metabolism biochemical criterion,bone biomechanical property,bone mass criterion,Calcium regulating hormone,Transforming growth foctor beta (TGF-B) expression of osteoblasts as well. Results The experimental DM rats showed apparently abnormal on parameters stated above. BMD of them are significantly lower than normal group. After the therapy of BC,the abnormal condition relieved markedly. And the comprehensive action of BC was better than that of west medicines. Conclusion These results suggested that diabetic rats had clearly osteopenia and osteoporosis. BC can modulate effectively the bone metabolism and the bone remodeling of DO rats models through many ways and many links.
