壮骨口服泡腾片药学部分研究

【摘要】 本方由补骨脂、淫羊藿、怀牛膝、枸杞子、鹿角胶组成，具有补肝肾、益精血、强筋骨的功效，主要用于治疗骨质疏松症。该复方根据大量的文献资料对处方中药物的现代药理学研究，结合临床用药要求及处方中药物成分的性质，采用正交设计筛选出最佳工艺，并制定质量标准，及进行了初步稳定性试验。研究结果表明：该制剂工艺科学、合理、可行；质量标准可控：成品性质稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 This prescription consists of Fructus Psoraleae;Herba Eplmedii, Radix Achyranthis, Fructus Lycii and lujiaojiao.and has the function of tonifying Liver and Kidney, improving essence and blood, strengthening bone and tendon, and it is applied mainly to treat Osteoporosis. On the basis of the study of the modern pharmacology on the herbs in plenty of literatures, the demand of clinical application and the proterties of the effective component of the herbs, the orthogonal design was used for the improvement of preparation process.
