基于成组技术的质量控制的研究

【摘要】 本文分析了当前先进制造模式下多品种小批量生产的质量控制面临的主要问题。总结了当今国内外对此问题的研究现状和制造企业的在此方面的应用;归纳、总结和分析了当前国内外针对多品种小批量生产的质量控制的方法和特点。在此基础上,提出一种基于成组技术的SPC(统计过程控制)方法。该方法以工序为控制的重点,把具有相似性的工序成组,形成工序族,利用相似工序族增大样本容量,解决SPC中样本量不足的问题。这种方法既能有效的监控过程质量变异,又能方便简捷的在现场操作的质量控制方法。 本文重点给出了相似工序的编码原理与方法和相应评判工序相似的方法。在相似工序的基础上,用数据变换的方法,通过两次数据变换,把工序质量特征数据变换成无意义的相对值。利用变换后的特征值,采用均值—标准差控制图,把不同工序的质量信息表示在同一张控制图上,识别当前工序的变化趋势,监控过程的质量。最后通过工厂现场收集数据,利用实际实例验证了基于成组技术的SPC的在多品种小批量的生产中应用的可行性。数据和最后的结论证实本文提出的方法具有一定的实用价值,方便简捷,便于现场操作。

【Abstract】 As the development of advanced production,the multi-specification small batch manufacturing becomes more and more popular. The paper summarizes characteristic of the production,analyzes the methods and techniques applied in the production mode. Although there is a large need to implement the quality control on such kind of productior the characteristic of small volume production is that there is no enough data,it Is difficult to use traditional statistical process control (SPC) to such cases. This paper presents a new effective approach for estimating the process parameters in such environment. Emphasized machine processes,based on similarity theory and group technology (GT). similar processes were grouped into a family. Using historical data from the family,statistic samples were amplified. The approach not only is effective in quality control of the process out,but also convenience and simple.The paper analyses the methodology involved the determination of process code number,family formation,retrieving data,and estimating process parameters. A structure of a C&C system for SPC has been suggested. After the historical data and current data were got,the data were converted by two time and became the values obeyed the same distribution. Based the value,the quality characteristic of different group processes can be expressed in the same control chart,the tendency of the current quality of the process may be predicted. At last,a case indicates that the approach is some piratical valuable.
