合弄式可重构车间管理与控制系统研究

【摘要】 激烈的市场竞争和用户需求的多样化使多品种、变批量生产已成为企业生产主流,企业面临着越来越多的内外环境变化。车间作为企业产品的物化中心,其自动化的管理与控制系统的适应性和通用性一直面临着这种多变的内外环境的挑战。因此,作为企业信息化和现代集成制造系统的重要组成部分的自动化车间管理与控制系统的通用性和适应性问题倍受人们关注。 影响自动化车间管理与控制系统的通用性和适应性的因素有许多,本论文从系统的体系结构和相关的实现技术入手,采用合弄结构理论、可重构理论和基于组件的软件开发方法对自动化车间管理与控制系统的通用性和适应性问题进行了探讨。 本论文详细论述了车间管理与控制系统的研究状况和发展趋势,分析了合弄制造系统与制造执行系统的功能。在结构理论方面,提出了适合车间的合弄结构模型,建立了车间的合弄体系结构。在实现技术方面,提出了合弄结构车间管理与控制系统的主要功能结构,具体探讨了车间虚拟组织重构的合弄系统管理模块的结构以及基于组件的开发方法的软件重构实现技术。作为系统应用,本文通过实例说明了所开发的原型系统的运行方法,验证了本系统通过两方面重构对车间各种变化的适应能力。

【Abstract】 With the competitions in global market and the diversification of user requirements,the vendors have to produce a large variety of products in variational batch sizes. Hence,the vendors are increasingly exposed to changes and disturbances. The shop floor is the most important part of a manufactory. Therefore,to develop a universal and adaptive shop floor management and control system that can adapt to changes and disturbances is necessary.There are many factors that can influence the universality and adaptability of the shop floor management and control system. This paper primarily does research on the shop floor’s architecture and the implementation technology. We use the holonic theory and component based software development (CBSD) method to introduce the reconfigurability into the system,thereby attaining a universal and adaptive shop floor management and control system.In this paper,the actual status and trend of the research on shop floor management and control system,as well as the functions of Holonic Manufacturing System and Manufacturing Execution System is discussed. In the aspect of architecture,a new holarchy that suit shop floor is presented and virtual shop floor architecture is built according to this holarchy. In the aspect of implementation technology,the functions of the shop floor management and control system is described. The structure of the holonic system management module that achieves the reconfiguration of shop floor organization is discussed in detail. This paper also explains how to use the CBSD method in the course of system development. To show the system’s adaptive ability to the changes and disturbances by reconfiguration,an example is given.
