基于DSP的UPS数字化控制技术研究

【摘要】 数字化控制用软件取代了模拟和数字器件,提高了产品的集成度,增强了系统的柔性和智能性。因此,数字化控制已成为UPS的发展趋势之一。 本文介绍了一种基于DSP的单相双变换式UPS的数字化控制技术,提出了一套融合软硬件的数字化控制方案。系统硬件主要包括PWM信号的隔离和驱动,控制信号的采集和处理,以及硬件保护电路。系统软件实现了UPS的各个功能模块,首先设计了软件锁相环;然后实现了输出电压瞬时值和有效值双闭环反馈控制;并且在深入分析基本数字PI算法所引起的输出变压器动态偏磁问题的基础上,提出了一种改进算法,实时消除了变压器的偏磁。 另外,研究了UPS过载等故障的监测和保护;按输出功率分级控制风机转速;电池电压的隔离采样和管理等监控功能,提高了系统的可靠性和智能化。 大量的分析、仿真和实验证明了本系统的可行性和先进性,本文的研究内容和结果为UPS的数字化控制的进一步研究、完善和应用建立了基础。

【Abstract】 Digital control,in which software replaces analog and digital instruments,can increase the integration of the product;promote the flexibility and intelligence of the system. Therefore,the digital control tends to be one of the promising methods in the UPS control technology.This article introduces a kind of digital control technology based on DSP,named single-phase double conversion UPS,and put forward a digital control project the software and hardware. The main hardware of the system includes isolating and driving of the PWM signal,sampling and processing of the signals of control,as well as hardware protection circuit. The system software can realize each functional module in the UPS. Firstly,design the software phase-closed loops;secondly,realize the double closed loops control of the instantaneous value and the virtual value. Furthermore,the dynamic flux imbalance of the output transformer caused by ordinary PI arithmetic is analyzed in detail. A new solution for flux balance by sampling the instantaneous primary current of the output transformer and introducing the on-line calculated bias current component into the voltage regulation arithmetic is presented.The dissertation,in addition,discusses the malfunction monitoring and protecting,such as overload. The discussions on the speed control of fan according to the output power,and some monitoring functions,such as the isolation sample of battery’s voltage and its management,which will improve the reliability and intelligence of the system,are also included in the dissertation.A great lot of analysis,simulations and experiments have verified the system’s feasibility and advantage. The research in the dissertation,to some extent,has paved a way for the further research,improvement and application in the digital control of UPS.
