中小企业信息化分析与对策——南京会斯通集团信息化建设

【摘要】 知识经济的到来、科学技术的进步，使信息化大潮在世界范围内涌动。作为国民经济主体之一的中小企业，如何实现信息化，应对加入WTO后世界经济的快速发展，成为人们关注的热点之一。本文通过对南京会斯通科技实业有限责任公司信息系统的规划、分析、设计、集成来探讨中小企业信息化的一般步骤与方法。文章分为两个部分：第一部分主要介绍了中小企业的一般理论与信息化的建设问题，对信息化建设进行了分析，并给出了一些策略与方案，可为中小企业的信息化发展起借鉴的作用；第二部分是一个实例，介绍了南京会斯通科技实业公司信息化建设，着重介绍了系统建模、数据库设计、系统集成并就人力资源系统详细设计过程进行了阐述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The front of the informational trend is surging all over the world, with the incoming of knowledge economy and rapid development of the science and technology. The medium & small sized enterprises acting as one of the main parts of national economy how to advance the information modernization and meet challenge in the face of entering WTO become the hot-point problem considered by many people. This thesis probes into the general approach and measure of medium & small sized enterprises information modernization through planning, analyzing, designing and integrating Huishitong Science & Technology CO. LTD. information system.This thesis includes two parts: first part introduces general theories of medium & small sized enterprises and construction of information system. Second part acts as an example of designing and developing Huishitong Science & Technology CO. LTD. information system.
