凸轮使用寿命预测软件的开发

【摘要】 本文以磨损理论为基础探讨了内燃机凸轮挺柱的磨损机理及主要失效形式,选择了比较合适的Archard磨损计算模型,建立了考虑表面形貌的凸轮磨损计算模型,得到凸轮磨损的数值仿真模型。为了有利于软件的开发,在仿真中选择Hertz理论公式求解凸轮挺柱间的接触应力。通过计算凸轮表面各位置润滑油膜厚度,判断其润滑状态,结合以前大量的实验数据,确定出凸轮各位置在稳态下工作时的磨损系数K值。最后利用MATLAB开发出凸轮使用寿命预测软件,该软件包括凸轮参数化计算模块、油膜厚度计算模块和磨损状态模块。 本课题以科学高效的计算机模拟技术取代传统的费时、费力的实验方法,为研究接触高副机构配对副在边界润滑条件下的耐久性设计以及计算机模拟技术在零件寿命设计方面的应用提供了一个有益的思路;开发的凸轮使用寿命预测软件能实时监控凸轮机构的磨损状态,预测其使用寿命,基本具有了类似机构使用寿命预测软件的雏形,因此研究成果具有较大的实际意义。

【Abstract】 In this paper, based on the wear theory, the wear mechanism and the main disable forms are discussed. The more appropriate Archard wear calculation model is selected. The cam’s wear model in view of the influence of surface topography is established. Then the digital simulation model is obtained. For developing the software, the contact pressure between the cam and the follower can be gained by traditional Hertz theory formula . The elastohydrodynamic lubrication oil-film thickness on cam’s surface can be calculated by the universal film thickness formula of EDH line contact. Then we can estimate the lubrication state between the friction faces. With the old large numbers of testing numbers the wear parameter K of every point on the steady work’s cam can be decided. Finally, the life predicted software with the MATLAB is developed. This software includes the parameterized calculation module, film thickness calculation model and wear state model.In this research, the scientific efficient computer simulation technology replaces the traditional taking-time and arduous experimental method, which provides a beneficial thought for researching the wear design of the contacted machine in the boundary lubrication and computer simulative technology used in the part life design. The developed cam life predicted software can watch and control the cam wear state, forecast it’s life and have the rudiment of the similar machine life predicted software. So the research has a good application prospect and practicality value.
