CIMS集成环境下车间管理控制系统的开发

【摘要】 车间管理控制系统是计算机集成制造系统(Computer Integrated Manufacturing System,CIMS)重要的有机组成部分,它直接关系到生产计划的执行和对产品的实际生产加工过程的控制与管理。通过车间管理控制系统的实施,企业能够合理的分配和调度车间运行所需的资源,节约成本,并且提高车间运行效率,从而可以提高企业的市场应变能力。作者结合参与开发的车间管理控制系统,从以下方面对其进行了较详细的研究: 1.研究了车间管理控制系统的阶梯结构及其各阶梯的组成和功能,以及车间管理控制系统与CIMS其它分系统的集成模式。 2.根据车间工作流程分析,建立了车间管理控制系统的软件结构,并重点分析了作业规划子系统,并且具体地介绍了如何用面向对象方法建立车间控制模型和设计数据库。 3.较为深入地研究了遗传算法的作业调度,特别是研究了遗传算法中的几个关键算法。 4.完成了遗传算法的作业调度算法的程序的设计与编写,并对其运算结果进行了验证和分析。 论文最后总结了全文的工作,并对以后的研究方向进行了展望。

【Abstract】 The shop managing and controlling system is one of the important parts of the Computer Integrated Manufacturing System, it is directly related to the execution of the production planning and the management of the production manufacturing process. Through the shop managing and controlling system, the enterprise can reasonably distribute and schedule the resource that the shop need, economize the cost and improve on the shop running efficiency and the enterprise’ adaptability for the market’ changes. The author researches the shop managing and controlling system on the following aspects in detail:1. The ladder structure and each ladder’ components and function of the shop managing and controlling system is researched, and the integration of the shop managing and controlling system with the other subsystems of CIMS is also discussed.2. Based on the analysis of the shop job process, the software structure of the shop managing and controlling system is researched, and the special emphasis is laid on the job scheduling system and system web design. By means of the object-oriented technology, the establishment of the shop controlling model and the implementing of the system database are also presented here.3. Based on genetic algorithm, the job scheduling is researched, and its several key algorithms are analyzed especially.4. Based on genetic algorithm, the program of jog scheduling is designed and compiled, and the result is proved and analyzed.Finally, the conclusion and the developing trend in this domain are put forward.
