自动变速器试验台自动化设计改进

【摘要】 本论文通过对自动变速器的结构原理以及相关测试诊断技术的分析,总结得出自动变速器台架的试验方法,然后据此对自动变速器试验台的软、硬件做出了一定的自动化设计改进。文中综合了上届学长对自动变速器试验台所做动力设备匹配的工作,论述了台架机械结构,信号采集及仪表,发动机工况模拟控制,阻力工况模拟控制等内容。 1.本论文研究的目的、意义:我国汽车工业正处于发展和提升时期,自动变速器在汽车上开始大量装备,这对其设计制造、性能检测与维修提出了迫切要求。目前国产自动变速器测试设备多为手动、测试精度低、响应速度慢;进口设备,价格较高,集中在少数企业和地区,这种状况无法满足汽车制造及维修行业的需求。为开发具有自主知识产权的、适合我国国情的自动变速器检测设备,提出本研究课题。本试验台的设计改进基于广州花都某自动变速器维修厂的进口手动控制自动变速器试验台,预计开发出一种自动化程度相对较高,便于普通维修单位使用的自动变速器试验台。 2.台架机械结构形式:自动变速器试验台是一个集机、电、液为一体的设备,为了能满足多种自动变速器的维修测试,基本台架在结构设计上应考虑到对各种发动机前置前驱、前置后驱等形式相应的自动变速器的装夹,以及动力的输入、负载的加载,即兼顾多种自动变速器的机械结构,布置中台主拖动电机、左右台测功装置以及其相关变速器装夹机构。 3.信号采集及仪表:该部分的重点在,讨论理论上和工艺上如何更准确、更灵敏、更快速、更及时和更经济地获取所需采集的信号,以及被控变量的可测和可控性。文中阐明了传感器及仪表的选用方法,上位机与各分布控制系统的通信联系,通信系统的干扰与抗干扰措施。 4.试验台控制系统:本试验台的控制系统分为上位机控制和下层分布控制单元控制,下层单元主要包括PLC、电磁阀控制系统、变频器、电涡流测功机控制系统。受限于控制实时性、可靠性及通信带宽,本论文提出了采用分布式控制系统的方案,上位机只负责给下层控制系统发出控制预期给定值,由下层控制系统按控制模块中的控制规律进行执行元件的控制,极大地降低了上位机与执行元件及传感器间的通信带宽要求,增强了控制的实时性。 5.动力、阻力模拟:动力模拟主要是根据发动机特性曲线,以变频器控制电动机,按照设定工况循环的产生相应的扭矩、转速。阻力模拟则是控制电涡流测功机,使其转速与制动力矩间的关系符合相应状况下的车速、阻力关系。 6.测试软件及专家诊断系统:本测试软件采用反向推理策略,对故障树从上向下进行推理。首先处理采集数据,将其与期望数据对比,判断故障现象,然后推理机开始工作,对相应的故障进行搜索直到查出引发故障的原因及维修指南。 总结:自动化的试验设备为设计及检测提供了高水平的试验手段,可以提高变速器开发质量、缩短开发周期,增强维修的准确性,提高维修质量。

【Abstract】 This thesis analyzed the construction principle of Automatic Transmission and studied the related test & diagnosis techniques, summing up the test method of Automatic Transmission (include what data need to be acquire, test flow process etc.), then made improvement of Automatic Transmission Test-bed Automation Design, both on soft and hardware. The thesis synthesized upperclassman’s work of power equipment matching , discussed signal collect and meter, electric power, control circuit, engine operating condition simulation control, resistance operating condition simulation control, test application software etc.1. Motive and meaning of the researchIn our country automobile industry positive be placed in shape time, Automatic Transmission beginning equipped on a lot of motors, this situation inevitably press for to it’s design, test, repair. Present domestic Automatic Transmission Test-bed mostly turning by hand, test accuracy is low, respond speed is slow; the import equipment’s price is higher, concentrate in the minority enterprise and region, this condition can’t satisfy the demand of automobile production and maintenance Enterprise. In order to develop the Automatic Transmission Test-bed which have independence intelligent property right, we propose this research lesson. The product must be technique forerunner, price reasonable, can supersede import product.2. Mechanical construction of the test bedAutomatic Transmission Test-bed is a machine, gathered mechanical, electricity and liquid. By way of satisfy variety automatic transmission maintenance test, basic test-bed construction design should in consideration of install of every kind of transmission, and power input, load burthen.3. The signal collects and meterThe main point of this paragraph is how to be more accuracy, more sensitiveness, more on time and more economies acquisition signal that need to becollected. In the text stated how to choose transducer and meter, communication between PC and distribution control system, interference of communication system and how to restrain interference.4. Test bed control systemControl system of the test bed is divided into 2 parts, PC control and bottom layer distribute control, bottom layer unit mainly include PLC% electromagnetism valve control system inverter, electricity eddy current control system. Subject to control real time, reliability, dependability and communication belt width, the thesis bring forward the scheme of distribute control system, PC responsible for send expected value to bottom layer control system. Then bottom layer control operate component with the rule in control module, greatly decreased the need of communication belt width between PC and sensor, intensify real time control.5. Power, resistance simulationPower simulation mainly according to engine characteristic curve, with inverter control motor, according to set operating condition cycle to generate corresponding torque, revolving speed.Resistance simulation control electricity eddy current system, make the revolving speed and braking moment relation accord with the condition of correspond speed and resistance relation.6. Test software and expert diagnosis systemThe software adopt reverse direction reason logically strategy, ratiocination the fault tree from top to down. First treat collected data, contrast it with expectation data, estimate fault phenomenon, then logically machine begin to work, search corresponding fault, until find failure reason and maintenance guide. Summary:Automatic Transmission test-bed can improve design quality . shorten development period intensify accuracy of maintenance, improve repair quality.
