大规模定制下的物流管理

【摘要】 随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,顾客越来越希望得到满足其个性化的需求,同时价格又相对低廉的产品。即产品不仅要有大规模生产模式下的低成本与高效率又要满足客户的个性化需求。在这种情况下,人们于1990年提出了一种新的生产模式——大规模定制(Mass Custornization,简称MC)。MC的第一个倡导者可以追溯到美国著名的未来学家托夫勒(A.Toftler),他在1975年出版的著作《未来的冲击》一书中就提到大规模定制生产将是未来生产的新趋势。他把这种生产方式称为“非大量化”,该观点引起了许多企业经营管理者和学者的关注。对于大规模定制的宏观方面即大规模定制的供应链管理已经有许多学者进行了研究。针对国内企业的实际情况要实施大规模定制必须根据大规模定制的一些特点对企业物流进行整合。本文试图根据大规模定制的特点来研究企业目前物流管理与大规模定制的冲突点以及一些改进措施。 本文第一部分研究了大规模定制对企业物流管理的影响,在这一部分中探讨了大规模定制使企业的物流管理向两个方向发展、建立专业物流管理部门的必要性、供应商的选择与发展及管理、必须与供应商建立战略伙伴关系、大规模定制的物流技术支持体系。在本文的第二部分提出了准时采购,探讨了传统采购的问题,给出准时采购的具体策略与实施步骤,并提出了适合大规模定制的三库储存模式。在大规模定制的生产物流部分,主要给出生产物流的支持技术,并重点研究延迟物流技术并给出其数学模型及运作模式。在大规模定制销售物流部分探讨了营销模式与物流之间的相互作用,分析了销售物流数据处理方法,并给出销售物流实施策略与模式。在本文的最后结合上述理论分析了某汽车厂在实施大规模定制中物流管理出现的问题并制订了该汽车厂物流改进措施。

【Abstract】 Competition gradually become vigorous along with the market and the customer more and more hope to get to the product with qualities that make up a person’s character, at the same time the price is cheap. Then that product not only contain large-scale production mode to get low cost and high-efficiency but also satisfy the customer’s character .In that case, some scholars bring upped a new production mode-Mass Customization in 1990.A Toftler who is the united station famous futurologist firstly brought up the mass customization in <the new trend for impact> in 1975 .His opinion get many attention of business enterprise executive and scholar. Many scholars are doing supply chain management’s macroscopic aspect research. According to the mass customization characteristics. The paper tries to study the conflict point of the current logistics of business enterprise and the mass customization and bring up some measures of improvement.The first part studied Mass customization influence business enterprise logistics; mass customization make the business enterprise to face managements of two directions; the necessity of establishing the professional logistics section, the management of supplier; and the necessity of establishing the strategy colleague relation with supplier and the system of logistics technique support .The second part brought up to purchase just in time; studied the weakness of tradition purchase; gave out concrete strategy and steps on purchasing just in time; and brought up three stock mode .In production logistics of Mass customization mainly gave out the support techniques of the production logistics; researched the delay-logistics technique; and gave out its mathematics model .At sell logistics part studied interaction of between sell mode and logistics and analyzed how to handle the data of the sale logistics and operate sale logistics . Finally with a company as a case analyzed how to manage logistics of mass customization.
