【摘要】 本文以ERP与电子商务的结合作为研究课题，根据ERP的基本原理和内江峨眉柴油机厂的实际情况，建立了该厂的物料管理系统模型。在此基础上，设计了以实现零库存为主要目标，物流管理为中心的内江峨眉柴油机厂MIS第一期的应用软件结构，建立了相关的数据字典，完成了MRP模块以及相关的模块，包括BOM维护、主生产计划制订和采购计划制订等功能。还针对内江峨眉柴油机厂发展电子商务的现实要求，提出了电子商务与企业的ERP整合的方法，探讨了供应链的概念。运用新的XML，XSL，ASP，DOM等技术开发了供应链中比较购物模块的原型。系统体现了先进的管理自动化思想，用户界面友好，系统结构灵活、扩充性强，实现了内江峨眉柴油机厂ERP的第一阶段任务，为系统的后续开发打下了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The integration of ERP and E-commerce is my main research work. This paper describes a material management system design project which based on ERP theory and the fact of enterprise. On this condition, we design the first step of MIS software architecture that center on material flow management for making zero stock, create data dictionary and develop MRP model block, it includes BOM management, material requirement planning, master production schedule and purchase planning etc. The article analyses feasibility and necessary of fusion ERP and E-commerce, proposes the method of combining both and discuss the conception of supplying chain. For development the price compared model in the supplying chain, the new technology such as XML, XSL, ASP, DOM etc were applied. The advanced management automatic idea was embodied in the system, and it has the merits: friendly interface, flexible structure and convenient extension. As the first step of ERP system experience, it provides the footstone for the latter work.更多还原
