成都印钞公司热动力站实时监测系统的研制

【摘要】 热动力站实时监测系统是受成都印钞公司委托研制的一个生产实际项目。该项目是为企业实现信息产业管理自动化而研制开发的。 本系统采用先进的工业数据采集技术、数据库处理技术、计算机多媒体技术,运用极为简洁的人机对话界面,将制冷车间的供冷、供热系统的主要设备运行状态、主要运行参数、计量仪表数据等进行实时数据采集,并显示于监测画面上。实现运行系统的动态检测、故障报警、报表自动生成、交接班微机管理等功能。 在该系统研制开发过程中,本人应用已学过的基础知识及专业知识,分析及解决了实际中出现的问题(例如内存泄露,采集速度等),圆满的完成了该项目的研制开发。在该项目中,本人参加了该系统总体方案的设计,独立完成了数据库的建立,软件的编制及调试。该系统现已应用于生产,达到了预期目的,实现了自动监控,减少了操作人员,降低了原材料的浪费及产品的废品率,收到了较好的经济及社会效益,具有一定的推广价值。

【Abstract】 The realtime-monitoring system for therm-power station is a practical project trusted by Bill-print corporation in Chengdu . This project is developed for the management automatization of the enterprise information.In this system, we adopt advanced industrial data collection technology, database processing technology and computer Multi-media technology, and use simply dialog interface between man and computer to display the realtime datas of running state, running parameters and measure apparatus of the primary equipment of the cooling and heating system in refrigerating workshop on the monitor. This system realizes the functions such as dynamic measuring, exception alarm, report created automatically and the computer management of shift handover.In the system development, I use my fundamental and professional knowledge to analyse and solve the problems that have appeared during the developing process, and complete task successfully. In this project,I take part in the whole scheme design of the system and complete the tasks of database building, software programming and debugging all by myself. Now this system is being used in production and achieves the anticipated goal. It realizes auto-monitor and cuts down the number of workers. In addition, this system reduces the waste of raw-materials and the waster rate of product, and gains large economic and social benefit, so it is worth of application to other fields.
