压裂泵泵阀磨损机理研究及其有限元分析

【摘要】 随着压裂工艺的广泛运用和发展,现场上要求压裂泵阀承受更高的压力,更大的冲击载荷,具有更好的综合性能,以保证在更加恶劣的工况下有较高的使用寿命。因此,在发展压裂工艺的同时,还必须对压裂泵阀进行深入的研究。 本文为提高压裂泵阀的寿命,针对GT78-1000压裂泵阀作了大量的基础性研究。详细阐述和分析了它的运动特性;根据其实际工况,通过模拟试验,研究了压裂泵阀冲击磨料磨损的磨损规律和磨损形式,并且将其与纯冲击磨损、滑动磨料磨损进行了对比;分析了压裂泵阀的冲击磨料磨损、冲蚀磨损等磨损机理;借助ANSYS有限元分析工具,对泵阀关闭状态下和冲击过程中的应力应变分布规律进行了详细分析。 最后,得出了一些有关冲击磨料磨损、压裂泵阀方面有益的结论,并提出了一些压裂泵阀选材、热处理工艺、结构设计等方面的改进措施和建议。

【Abstract】 With the wide application and development of fracturing techniques, in the oil field fracturing pump valve requires enduring higher pressure, stronger impact load, and obtaining better comprehensive performance so that it has longer natural life in worse working condition. So it is very necessary to do some deep research on fracturing pump valve while developing fracturing techniques.In order to prolong the natural life of fracturing pump valve, this article do much basic research work on fracturing pump value.Firstly,kinetic characteristics of fracturing pump valve are stated particularly and analysed.Through stimulated experiment based on practical working conditions,the wearing disciplinarian and forms of impact particle wear about fracturing pump valve are researched by comparing it with pure impact wear and abrasive wear.Furthermore, the wear mechanism of impact particle wear and particle erosion are analysed. In the end ,by using the fenite element analyzing tool ANSYS,the distributing law of stress and strain of fracturing pump valve at the state of closing and during the process of impact are analysed carefully.In addition,some conclusions about impact particle wear and fracturing pump valve are drawn,and improving measures about material selection,heat treatment and structure etc are provided which are useful for maintenance of fracturing pump valve.
