泡沫增强聚合物体系研究

【摘要】 本文在分析了聚合物驱提高采收率技术在实际应用中的局限基础上,提出了采用就地起泡形成泡沫的泡沫增强聚合物体系。应用现代实验方法,研究了气体生成物、表面活性剂、聚合物以等因素对起泡性能和体系稳定性的影响,优选出了自生气生成泡沫的气体引入方式,确定了泡沫增强聚合物体系配方。利用填砂管模型,研究了泡沫增强聚合物体系在多孔介质的渗流特性。研究结果表明,泡沫增强聚合物本体系对解决单一注聚合物过程中聚合物溶液沿大通道窜流问题具有明显优势。 本文主要做了以下工作: ● 泡沫增强聚合物体系的选择 本文选用了具有较强的起泡能力的十二烷基苯磺酸纳作为起泡剂,选用增粘型的疏水缔合聚合物作为泡沫增强聚合物体系中的聚合物组分。 ● 气体引入方式的优选 采用作为惰性气体的氮气作为生泡气体,本文通过实验证明,不同的气体引入方式对泡沫的形成和稳定性有重大影响,同时筛选出了自生气体生成泡沫的气体引入方式,并提出了自生气体生成泡沫的稳定性评价方式。 ● 运用均匀设计实验方法确定泡沫增强聚合物的配方 本次研究中引进了均匀设计实验方法,结合DPS数据处理软件,通过少量的实验,找出了影响沫增强聚合物体系的主要因素,确定了其最佳配方。 ● 泡沫增强聚合物体系在多孔介质中的渗流特性 利用填砂管模型,研究了泡沫增强聚合物体系在多孔介质的渗流特性,并进一步研究了在孔介质中,注入方式、聚合物浓度和生泡气量对体系渗流特性的影响程度。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of limitation to polymer flooding in EOR area, the system of polymer enhanced by foam was put forward, in which foam can be formed in-situ. With the help of modern experimental means, the effect of the substance forming gas , surfactant and polymer etc. on the forming foam ability and the stability of foam system was studied, and the means of gas introduced to form foam was also optimized, as well as the prescription of polymer enhanced by foam. Employing the sand-packed model, the flow through porous media characteristics of polymer enhanced by foam system was studied, too. The results indicated that polymer enhanced by foam has the distinct advantage to solve the problem of channeling owing to big pore path during pure polymer flooding process.The main tasks of research are as follows:Firstly, the choosing of the ingredient of polymer enhanced by foam systemBased on the analysis of many kinds of surfactant, the dodecyl benzene sulfonate sodium (SDBS)was chosen as foaming agent for its high foamability, the hydrophobical associating polymer(NAPs) was chosen as the polymer ingredient of polymer enhanced by foam system , which has viscosifying ability.Secondly, the optimization gas introduced methodNitrogen, inert gas, was employed as foaming gas. The experimental results in this paper indicated that different gas introduced method had significant effect on the formation and stability of foam. Then, gas introduced method of self- gas-formation to foam was chosen and the evaluation method of self- gas- formation to foam was proposed.Thirdly, applying Uniform Design to study on the prescription of polymer enhanced by foamWith the help of Uniform Design , an experimental method, and DPS software for data process, few experiments were required to fond out the major factor influencing the performance of polymer enhanced by foam system, thus theIIoptimal prescription was confirmed.The last, study on the flow through porous media characteristics of polymer enhanced by foam systemWith sand-packed models, the flow through porous media characteristics of polymer enhanced by foam system was studied,as well as the effect of method injection .polymer concentration and the volume of foam on the characteristics of polymer enhanced by foam system.
