【摘要】 本文通过对农业科技园区的发展背景和基本概念、特点的介绍，指出园区是实现农业现代化和进行农业结构调整的一种良好载体。因此，农业科技园区的有效运行具有重要的现实意义。作者认为评价指标体系是检验园区运行成果、进行科学管理的有效途径。基于此观点，文章建立了园区建设理论模型，设计了对园区项目的立项、生产过程、经济效果和社会效果进行评价的指标体系。 本文的研究目的是通过建立评价指标体系，实现对农业科技园区的科学管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 By introduction on the development backgrounds, elementary concepts and characters of the high-tech farm, the author concludes that the high-tech farm is a better support to accomplish the modernization and structure adjustment of agriculture. Therefore the effective running of farm has important meaning. The evaluation index system is an effective method to testify the running results and scientific management. On the base of the theoretical model, the author designs high-tech farm evaluation system which includes process evaluation. economic effect evaluation and social effect evaluation.The article aims at setting up an evaluation index system to realize scientific management of the high-tech farm.更多还原
