【摘要】 财务公司是继银行之后发展起来的一种新型的金融机构，它的英文名是Finance Company或Finance Services，它最初向消费者提供购买消费品的融资服务，以后业务范围逐渐扩大，近年来业务经营有混业发展的趋势。由于经济金融环境的不同，各国财务公司的发展状况有很大差异，财务公司对经济发展的影响力也因国而异。本文立足于我国的经济金融现状，分析了我国财务公司产生的必然性、可能性，阐述了我国财务公司发展的阶段性特征和业务状况，分析比较了国内、国外财务公司发展的异同，财务公司与商业银行的异同以及二者的紧密联系，仔细探讨了财务公司在中国金融业里的地位和它对中国产业经济未来发展可能提供的巨大金融推动。笔者尤其重点研究了财务公司进一步发展面对的困难和阻力，有针对性地探讨了目前关于财务公司基本运行规则的不合理定性，金融体制、金融政策对财务公司发展的制约，为改善财务公司发展的外部环境，突破企业集团和财务公司自身存在的局限提出了自己的见解：完善财务公司制度建设，依靠企业集团，联合一切可以合作的力量，加快金融创新，使财务公司发展为行业产品个性突出，服务手段灵活高效的金融产业体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Finance Company is a new-type financial institution after the development of bank. It originally offers the financial service for consumer to purchase . After that business area expand gradually, business management has the current of compound development in recent years. There is much difference of the development and affection in all of the country’s finance company. This article based on the economical finance statement, and analyzes its necessity possibility. And it states character and business statement. It analyzes the difference between the domestic finance company and overseas, finance company and commercial bank. It discusses the position in Chinese financial business of finance company and its impulse that it offered probably for the future development of Chinese industry. The author especially pays emphasis on studying the difficulty and obstruction that finance company faces while developing. Meanwhile the author discusses the unreasonable nature about the basic regulation of finance company and the restriction of financial structure and policy at present. The author also brings forward much opinion in order to break through the limit of enterprise group and restriction of finance company itself in development. The author suggests that correct the rules and regulations of finance company, rely on enterprise group ,unite other financial setups that can be allied with finance company ,pick up speed of making financial innovations. Finance company will develop to be marked difference in individual services with other financial setups ,to possess concentrated means for industrial economy.更多还原
