【摘要】 企业信息化是指企业利用现代信息技术，通过对信息资源的深化开发和广泛利用，不断提高生产、经营、管理、决策的效率和水平，进而提高企业经济效益和企业竞争力的过程。为更好地在西南铝推进和实施企业信息化，必须对公司的业务流程进行重构。本文首先对国内外企业财务信息化和流程重构的现状以及西南铝内、外部经营环境作出了研究分析。随后着重对西南铝财务的账务处理、销售与应收账款、采购、应付账款与存货、工资、固定资产与成本管理各个业务流程以及西南铝财务信息化现状进行了深入的调研，并总结了存在的问题。对企业信息化、业务流程重构、动态成本利润以及面向企业信息化的财务业务流程重构成功因素及其关键技术作出探讨。在对西南铝财务业务流程及财务信息化现状深入调查研究的基础上，依据对面向企业信息化的业务流程重构作出的研究，根据西南铝财务管理各业务的业务特点和需求，分别提出了西南铝财务账务处理、销售与应收账款、采购、应付账款与存货、工资、固定资产与成本各个业务流程的重构目标，并进行其业务流程重构。同时根据研究成果提出了西南铝财务管理系统的总体目标和各阶段实施规划。本论文研究内容已成功推动西南铝企业信息化的实施。实践表明，本论文的研究成果对于西南铝信息化建设工程具有重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The enterprise informationization means the course that the enterprise utilizes the modern information technology through developing deeply and utilizing extensively of the information resources, so as to improve the efficiency of produce, management, administer and the levels of decision constantly, then to raise enterprise economic benefits and competitiveness.In order to promote and implement enterprise informationization better in SWA, business process to the company must be reengineered again. This article firstly has a research on the current situation of enterprise financial affairs informationization and process reengineering in domestic and abroad, then analyse the inside and outside management environment of SWA. afterwards this article emphatically carry on deep investigation on the current situation of financial affairs informationization and the business process in SWA which involves accounts dealing of financial affairs and the management of selling, accounts receivable, purchasing, accounts payable, stock, salaries, fixed assets, cost. On the basis of investigation this article summarized the problem exsiting in SWA business process. Also this article make a probe into enterprise informationization, business process reengineering, dynamic cost income, factors and key technology leading to the success of financial business process reengineering facing to enterprise informationization. On this basis of deep investigation in current situation of the financial business process and financial affairs informationization in SWA, by the study on business process reengineering facing to enterprise informationization, according to the business characteristics and demands of every business of financial administration, this article came out the goal of business process reengineering involving accounts dealing of financial affairs and the management of selling, accounts receivable, purchasing, accounts payable, stock, salaries, fixed assets, cost in SWA. At the same time, according to the achievement in research, this article bring forward the overall goals and programming at every stages of financial management system in SWA.The study in this thesis has succeed in promoting the implementation of informationization in SWA. The result of the implement shows that the study has directive signification for the information construction of SWA and will has comprehensive application foreground.更多还原
