大型旋转机械振动信号测试与分析系统的研制

【摘要】 本文介绍了发展设备状态监测技术的目的和意义以及该技术在国内外企业中的应用情况和发展前景。讨论了计算机辅助信号测试与分析系统的一般构成以及大型旋转机械的振动信号的常用分析方法,并在此基础上研制出一套大型旋转机械振动信号测试与分析系统。文章提出了大型旋转机械振动信号测试与分析系统的总体方案,该系统的可以兼容多种不同型号的A/D转换设备,既可以用作现场实时信号监测与记录仪器,也是一种很好的离线分析系统。系统的软件具有如下六大功能:现场数据的采集、历史数据管理、数据分析、远程数据传输、传感器标定、现场动平衡等。数据采集包括组态设置、稳态数据采集和瞬态数据采集;时域分析包括时域波形回放、数字滤波、轴心轨迹分析、解调分析、趋势分析、相关分析。频域分析包括频谱分析、全息谱分析、频谱细化分析。瞬态分析包括瀑布图分析、波德图分析和奈魁斯特图分析等功能。企业可以通过远程数据传输模块上传数据到远程诊断中心,远程诊断中心也可以通过远程数据传输模块向企业返回诊断意见。根据现场动平衡的需要,本文提出了一种不卸试重动平衡方法,该方法可以提高现场动平衡精度,节省现场动平衡实验时间。文中还详细阐述了系统实现的关键技术,包括多种A/D卡的兼容和系统自动识别、不卸试重动平衡方法、数据远程传输的原理与软件实现、系统RS-232通讯口的原理与软件实现。 从系统试用至今,先后作了很多次现场测试实验,各项功能得到了不断改进和完善,测得的数据分析结果准确、操作方便、运算速度快、精度高,满足了用户的要求,得到了用户的好评

【Abstract】 The paper illustrates the purpose and meaning to develop the technology of device status monitoring, and the developing foreground and applying status in the state and international enterprise. Discusses the general structure elements of the computer aided signal testing and analyzing system, and the ordinary analyzing method of vibration signal for great rotating machine. A vibration signal analyzing system for great rotating machine is developed based on the methods. The paper designed the general scheme of the system, and the system is compatible with several different A/D converters. The system is not only used as a spot timely signal monitor and memorizing apparatus but also a offline analyzing system. The system software has the following six functions: the spot data sampling, history data management, data analyzing, remote data transmission, the sensor calibrating, the spot dynamic balancing etc. The data sampling module contains the data sampling configuration、transient data sampling and smooth data sampling. The time field analysis module contains the timely wave return、digital filter、axis center track analyzing、demodulation analyzing、trend analyzing、mutual analyzing. The frequency filed analyzing contains the frequency spectrum analyzing、complete information analyzing、frequency room analyzing. The transient analyzing contains the waterfall chart analyzing、bode chart analyzing、polar coordinates chart analyzing. The enterprise can transport vibration data to remote diagnose center by remote data transmission module, the remote diagnose center can send diagnosing results to enterprise by the module. According the facts of the balance spot, a dynamic balance method without remove the testing weights is put forward in the paper for less balance testing time and better balance precise. Several key technology is discussed in the paper such as multiple A/D converter compatibility and A/D type auto identification、dynamic balance method without remove the testing weights、the theory and software reality of remote data transmission、the theory and software reality of RS232 communication interface. During the testing running of the system, several spot tests made all functions verified and consummated. The CDMS2002 system is testified as a system with precise analyzing results、high calculating speed and easiness to use. It satisfied the need of enterprises and was praised by the users
