【摘要】 在中国加入世界贸易组织（WTO）和经济日趋全球化的新形势下，为了能更好地利用国内和国际两个市场、两种资源来进一步发展中国的经济，提高中国的综合国力和国际竞争力,大力发展中国企业，特别是中国跨国公司的对外直接投资是一项既迫在眉睫又具有重要战略意义的事情。本文研究了在入世和经济日趋全球化的新形势下，中国的跨国公司如何从自身的现状和条件出发，进一步发展对外直接投资的策略及其未来的发展方向。文章在学习和借鉴了一些较适用于发展中国家跨国公司对外直接投资理论的基础上，详细地探究了中国跨国公司发展对外直接投资的宏微观动因，并将中国对外直接投资和它的行为主体——跨国公司结合起来进行研究，在分析了中国跨国公司对外直接投资的规模、现状及特点后，提出了中国跨国公司在入世和经济全球化等新形势下如何进一步发展对外直接投资的一些策略及其未来的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the new situations of China’s entering WTO and the trend of economical internationalization, for further developing Chinese economy and improving it’s comprehensive national powers and it’s international competitive ability by utilizing well both domestic and foreign markets and resources, it’s an urgent and strategic task for Chinese enterprises, especially for Chinese transnational corporations, to develop their foreign direct investments (FDI). In this paper, I analyze the current situation and conditions of Chinese transnational corporations and their FDI, then I put forward some ways for Chinese transnational corporation to develop their foreign direct investments and some ideas for their future development under the new situations of China’s entering WTO and the trend of economical internationalization. In the first part of this paper, I study and learn from several theories on foreign direct investment of transnational corporation (TNC) which suitable for developing countries’ TNC; I analyze the macro-reasons and micro-reasons in detail for Chinese TNC to develop their foreign direct investments in the second part of this paper. Then I analyze the scales, current situations and features of Chinese transnational corporations and their foreign direct investments; Finally, according to the above study, I put forward some ways for Chinese transnational corporations to develop their foreign direct investments and some ideas for their future development under the new situations of China’s entering WTO and the trend of economical internationalization.更多还原
