WebGIS在电力通信网监控系统中应用的研究

【摘要】 WebGIS技术是指将Internet/Intranet平台和地理信息系统(GIS)技术综合应用的一种技术。本文在电力通信网监控系统中引入先进的WebGIS组件技术,在Browser/Web Server/Database Server三层体系结构之上将各自独立的监控单元以图形化的界面统一起来,监控电力通信网的运行状态。采用三层结构极大地减少了系统今后维护、升级的费用,使用户的应用独立于客户端的运行环境。 论文利用微软的开发工具Visual Basic 6.0,网络应用开发工具Visual InterDev和北京摩贝尔(MuBell)时代软件技术有限公司的MBGISX控件进行电力通信网监控系统GIS和Web查询部分的设计与开发,利用小而实用的WebGIS组件采用服务器通知机制实现了WebGIS中实时信息的处理,保证系统实时性的要求,提高了系统的稳定性。采用组件技术实现了应用规则的封装和对数据库访问的通用性,提高了应用的性能。 论文在监控系统的实现形式上,结合工程的实际需要与WebGIS技术的发展,首次在电力系统完成与WebGIS相结合的电力通信网监控系统。采用客户端控件协调WebGIS控件的方法,在服务器端编写程序,由服务器通知客户端,减少服务器负荷和网络流量,保证了系统的实时性,提高了系统的稳定性。 论文对如何使基于WebGIS技术的应用系统既适应Internet的特点又能满足实时性,如何减少网络流量,如何分页减轻服务器负担,如何减少网络延时等方面进行了深入探讨,并在实际应用中达到了一定的效果。

【Abstract】 WebGIS is a technique using Intemeofntranet platform and GeographyInformation System (GIS). In this paper, electric power communication networksupervision system built on Browser/Web Server/Database Server architecture uses anadvanced WebGIS component to integrate separate supervision units graphical1y. Withthis architectUre the expense of future maintenance and upgrade can be greatly reducedand user’s application can also work independently from the environment of the client.This system including GIS and Web query was developed by Visual Basic 6.0,Visual InterDev and MBGISX component developed by Bejing MuBell Software Tech.Ltd. Sma1l but practica1 WebGIS component deals with real time information by theway of server notifying. This meets the need of real time and improves the system’sstability. Component technique realizes the encapsulation of application rule and thegenerality of visiting database, thus improves the system perfOrmance.In the way of realization, considering the practical need and the progress ofWebGIS technology, WebGIS is first implemented in electric power communicationsupervision system. The ActiveX component in client coordinates the WebGIScomponent. By programming in sever and way of notifying client by server, the load ofserver and network traffic are greatly reduced. TherefOre, the system real timeperfOrmance is guaranteed and its stability is improved.In this paper, the following questions are deeply discussed f how to make theapplication system based on WebGIS technology adapt to the features of Intemet andmeet the real time requirements as well, how to reduce network traffic, how to mitigatethe load of server by pagination, and how to decrease network delay, etc and finally thescheme has achieved the design purpose.
