基于嵌入式PC104的网络化旋转机械在线监测系统研究与设计

【摘要】 本文详细介绍了“基于嵌入式PC104结构的网络化旋转机械在线监测系统”的研究与设计。 旋转机械状态监测对于保障工业生产领域大型机组的安全运行具有重要意义。随着计算机网络技术的普及和发展,网络的应用领域在不断拓宽,嵌入式PC的应用,带动和加速了相关领域科学技术的发展。本文中涉及的课题是将传统的机器监测技术溶入Internet,利用嵌入式PC达到信号实时在线智能检测系统小型化、远程监测集中管理化、Web网站上信息发布,能灵活地组建一般监测诊断局域网、远程网及集设备监测、诊断、管理、决策于一体的综合化网络系统。 该系统由三个部分组成:数据库服务器、现场数据采集系统、Web服务器(包含分析管理系统)。文章着重对这oracle数据库服务器和现场数据采集系统这两个组件的设计过程及实现机理做了详细论述。 文章从解决问题先定义问题的原则出发,先对国内外相关课题的发展状况、课题的任务和目标作了阐述;随后从软件工程的角度介绍系统的设计方法、思路,给出了数据采集系统蓝图设计以及实现技术。

【Abstract】 The Research & Design in the Online Monitoring System for Rotating Machine based on Network and Embedded PC104 Structure" is introduced in this dissertation.Rotating Machinery Condition Monitoring has great significance for the running safety of large machine in industry. With the development and popularization of Computer Technology and Internet, the application domain in the network is more and more abroad. The Embedded PC104 Structure is also beginning to be used in all kinds of situation. The industry monitoring technology integrates with Internet and Embedded PC104 will greatly improve work efficiency and the level of management in the industrial spot, which achieves real-time detecting varied signalx centralized management of long-distance monitoring, publishing information in WWW net.The monitoring system is composed of three components: one is the Database Server, another is the Data Sampling System on spot and the last one is the Web Server which has analysis and management function. The article discusses the design process and implementing mechanism of the first two parts in detail.The paper says that people must define a problem before they set about to solve the problem. In this paper, firstly, the author introduces the task of the research problem and the development of the relational problem in the international academe, Following this, he presents the design method, consideration & key technology from the point view of software engineering. At last, he also presents the Blue Print Design of the software and the key technology.
