基于GSM的电能量遥测系统——中心软件设计

【摘要】 配电网中的自动抄表系统是用电管理自动化的重要手段和组成部分。实现抄表系统自动化可以提高电网配电管理的科学性,充分利用现有设备的能力,降低了劳动强度。目前蜂窝移动无线网(GSM)几乎遍及全国,利用GSM网络构建抄表系统时,可以不必重建基站,而且传输数据可靠性高。结合GSM网络的优势,本文提出并研究设计了基于GSM网络的电能量遥测系统。 本文主要论述了“基于GSM的电能量遥测系统”中心软件的设计与实现。首先介绍了课题的背景,国内外有关自动化抄表系统的发展,着重介绍了自动化抄表系统通信方案的现状及发展,对GSM、短消息业务及其他课题涉及到的技术做了简单介绍。接下来对“基于GSM的电能量遥测系统”的总体功能,尤其针对中心软件的功能进行了综合详细的阐述。其次对整个系统所需要的数据库结构做了详细叙述,同时分析了中心软件中的主要功能模块的设计思想以及实现流程。然后对系统测试做了简单描述,同时指出,短消息传输的可靠性是整个系统的保证。接下来详细的介绍了大量有关短消息的测试、由试验数据得到的结论和对系统所作的改进。最后在结构和性能上对整个系统做了总结,对将来的发展进行了展望。 整个系统目前已经投入试运行,从实际应用效果来看,系统运行稳定、可靠,达到了预期的效果。本系统的特点为,采用多线程、利用树状结构、数据表简单不冗余、充分利用关系数据库、多线程间通过数据表传递信息,能快速、准确、自动地完成各类电能表计量信息的采集处理和传输,运行可靠性高,具有良好的发展潜力。

【Abstract】 The Automatic Meter Reading System (AMRS) is an important means and apartment of the electric distribution network. By realized AMRS,enhancing the dependability of electric distribution network,using the equipments sufficiently,and debasing work intensity. Now GSM is countrywide,establishing the reading meter system with GSM need not reconstruct the base station and has high dependability of sending data. Combined the advantage of GSM,Automatic Meter Reading System Based On the GSM is proposed as well as designed.The design and realization of center software of Automatic Meter Reading System Based On the GSM are described mainly in this paper. First describes the background of this task,the current developing status of AMRS,the actuality and development of AMRS communication,and introduces the GSM,short message service (SMS) simply and discusses other techniques system used. Next discusses in detail the whole system function especially the workstation function. Then describes the whole database structure in detail,the design thought and the flow chart of main function. And then aims at the tests step in the system,points out the credibility of sending short message is the key of the whole system. Especially on the short message service,a lot of tests have been done,draws some conclusions from these test data and improves the system performance. At last the main research conclusions about the whole system structure and capability are summarized. The prospect of further research work is also proposed.The whole system have been test using,from the actual application result,the system can run stably and reliably,reach to the effect anticipative. Its characteristic is,multithread,tree structure,simply database,a lot of relation database,transferring messages by database between threads and accomplish all kind of electrical collection,dealing with and sending fast,exact and automatic. It has great potential.
