【摘要】 改革开放20年来，随着国际国内经济环境的巨变，计划经济体制下建立起来的传统城市规划模式难以适应我国城市快速增长的需要，城市的发展迫切需要更为有效的规划模式，于是概念规划应运而生。概念规划作为在国内刚刚开始起步的规划类型，关于它的理论基础、技术方法等方面都尚未形成共识，还存在不少值得深入探讨的方面。 论文在研究方法上以国内现阶段的概念规划实践为分析主体，而以国外的概念规划实践作为比较和借鉴，透过在各个层面上展开的、形式各异的概念规划实践，概括出其中蕴涵的一些基本的、共通的理念。这包括现阶段概念规划的特点，概念规划研究的内容框架以及概念规划的研究思路、技术手段等方法论方面的问题。在前面的基础上，论文进一步探讨了概念规划可能的发展前景和概念规划的编制方法，指出现阶段概念规划在编制方法上所存在的不足，并提出概念规划编制进一步完善应该努力的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Concept planning is an effective pattern on city planning,which emerges as the times require for the tremendous development from modern cities. Comparing with traditional pattern on city planning,it focus more on providing a leading developing strategy to the given region and boot/guide the next planning drawing-up for the place in the long run. Thus it can conquer problems existing in Chinese city evolution from planned economy system to market economy system during last 20 years and meet more requirements of the fast increasing on Chinese cities and economies. However,as a newly and un-mature planning pattern,concept planning is still in the beginning in our country and there is a lot of work to be done on its theory,technology and solutions,which are worthy of researching further.This paper first analyzes the existing practice of concept planning in China and use for reference and comparison with practice of concept planning in foreign countries. After the detailed research on all kinds of concept planning practice in different layers,the paper concludes and develops some primary and common knowledge contained in all concept planning. The main achievements includes those common properties in present concept planning,the content frame and practice depth on research of concept planning,the inward logic and technique solutions to the research of concept planning,and so on. Based on previous work,the paper gives further research on the potential developing foreground and future drawing-up methods of concept planning. The paper also points out those defects in drawing-up methods of present concept planning and brings some ideas on how to boot its direction to the correct path.更多还原
