【摘要】 在全社会开始关注素质教育、全面推进素质教育的背景下，高校大学生的知识结构、能力结构面临着转化和调整，我们对土木工程类大学生综合素质的认识、理解、研究和实施与对其他专业的大学生综合素质一样，正处于一个探索和发展的阶段上。高等学校作为人才培养的摇篮，担负着培养高素质创造型人才的历史重任，为全面推进素质教育，使学生素质评价有客观合理的依据和办法，我们在此对土木工程类大学生综合素质评价指标进行研究，以服务于当前的素质教育工作。本课题主要研究土木工程类大学生综合素质评价的价值和现实意义，评价的可行性，并着重对土木工程类大学生综合素质评价的方法、原则和内容作比较深入的讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the outset of the quality education and the ever-growing social concern for it, we feel that the knowledge structure and capability levels of our university students are altering drastically. In fact, our reflections, knowledge, research and practice have been at its very initial phase. Universities, as the cradle of the talents, are shouldering the responsibility of cultivating the creative and intelligent ones for the society. In order to form a reasonable principle of judgment and criticism on the quality of university students, we made a research on the index of quality education to fit the situation. This thesis majors on the possibility of the quality judgment of Civil engineering and Construction university students, its theoretical value and practical importance, and also goes deep into the methodology, its principle and contents.更多还原
