高粘度齿轮泵特性分析及齿轮参数优化

【摘要】 高粘度齿轮泵中的泵齿轮通常模数大,齿数少,它们啮合时常发生干涉,为了消除啮合干涉,需对泵齿轮进行修形。本文针对这一现状,研究了齿轮修形后齿轮泵的输出特性。 本文首先分析了齿轮发生啮合干涉的原因,并分两种情况计算了了齿轮的重合系数和修形位置。然后采用面积法求得齿轮泵流量与齿轮啮合重合系数的关系式,研究了齿轮啮合重合系数对齿轮泵困油和流量脉动率的影响。最后利用优化方法,以齿轮泵流量最大为目标函数对轮齿的齿形参数进行了优化设计。 本文用实例说明了齿轮啮合重合系数对齿轮泵性能参数的影响。随着齿轮啮合重合系数的减小,齿轮泵的流量增大,困油容积和流量脉动率减小。因此,对齿轮齿形进行修形和变位修正使齿轮得到合适的啮合重合系数有利于改善齿轮泵的输出特性。

【Abstract】 The pump gears with large module and less number of teeth are adopted by the high viscidity gear pump. When they are in mesh,meshing interference happens. In order to avoid interference of flank,tooth profile is modified. Therefore this study focuses on the output property of the gear pump after profile correction.Firstly the reason of interference of flank is analyzed and contact ratio and overlap ratio and the point of profile modification are calculated according to two conditions. Then a formula about flow of the gear pump and the coefficient of engagement overlap to find is obtained by area method. Through analysis contact ratio and overlap ratio has the effect on the volume oil and the flow pulsating ratio. Eventually with the optimizing method,primarily to the maximum flow,this paper makes an account of the researches on the optimum parameters of the gear geometry of gear pumps.Example shows that contact ratio and overlap ratio has the effect on the volume oil and the flow pulsating ratio. If the coefficient of engagement overlap decreases,the flow aggrandize,trapping volume and the flow pulsating ratio decreases. Therefore,the suitable coefficient of engagement overlap got by profile correction and addendum modification is beneficial to the output property of the gear pump.
