【摘要】 本论文重点研究的是工作流技术以及在外商投资审批(绿色通道)中的应用。作者在对国内外最新工作流技术发展充分调研的基础上，研究开发了一个工作流管理系统。系统包括工作流引擎、工作流模板设计、工作流监控系统和工作流执行几个部分，并针对外商投资审批过程进行了具体应用。 工作流(WorkFlow)是业务过程的自动化，使业务流程依照既定的规则自动地流动起来。当对政府管理过程或商务过程调整时，采用工作流技术可以迅速方便地完成业务过程的调整和重组，从而大大提高工作效率。因此，工作流系统是用信息技术解决现代电子商务及电子政务等过程问题的首选方案，也是未来信息管理系统的发展趋势。 此系统是基于SQL Server数据库的，结合使用了B/S和C/S结构，编程语言采用了Visual Basic，Visual Interdev，已经应用于外商投资审批(绿色通道)服务流程的处理。 此系统采用可视化界面，使用方便；适用性较强，易于与其它应用系统相集成；采用组件方式，预留组件接口，便于功能扩展。在外商投资审批服务过程中的应用也显示了它的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The key subject of the thesis is the research on the WorkFlow techniques and their applications in the management on Approval process(also called Green Channel) of foreign investment. The research is based on investigation of the latest development of WorkFlow technology. A WorkFlow management system is developed. The WorkFlow system includes WorkFlow engine, WorkFlow template design, WorkFlow monitor and WorkFlow running. It has been used for the management of approval process of foreign investment.WorkFlow is the automation of transaction process, and transaction flow can be processed automatically according to the established rule. The transaction process can be adjusted swiftly and expediently when government administration process or business process is reorganized or adjusted. It will lead to greatly improved efficiency. So WorkFlow system is the primary approach to solve the process problem in modern electronic business and electronic government administration by information technology, and it demonstrates a trend for development of information management system in future.The WorkFlow system is based on the database-SQL Sever with the combination of the structure of B/S and C/S. It uses Visual Basic and Visual Interdev as programme langusge. The WorkFlow system has been used for the(Green Channel)approval process management of foreign investment.The WorkFlow system has user-friendly visual interface and is easy used. It can be easily integrated with other application system because of its strong applicability. It can be expended easily by the COM technique through its interface.
