伺服柔性仿形自动喷涂系统控制软件的研究与开发

【摘要】 “柔性仿形自动喷涂系统研制”是国家863重点项目之一,本文主要介绍了此系统控制软件的研制和开发过程,及应用的基础理论和关键技术。 柔性仿形自动喷涂系统是为适应汽车产业高质量、多品种自动化生产而开发的高新技术设备。仿形技术是本系统的关键技术之一,文中首先介绍了此喷涂系统仿形轨迹规划的详细过程,给出了与传送链同步的轨迹插补算法,描述了控制系统的实现。根据旋杯喷涂大迟滞性、强偶合性和非线性的特点,系统采用了喷涂参数模糊控制的方法。论文介绍了模糊控制理论及喷涂参数模糊控制器的设计。此外,模糊诊断技术也应用到了系统中。最后,论文详细介绍了软件开发过程中具体问题的解决。 本系统采用了总线通讯、实时监控、模糊控制等多种技术,使系统精确、可靠、柔性好、操作简便并具有了一定的智能化,达到了设计要求,取得了满意的应用效果。

【Abstract】 "Development of Flexible-Profiling Automatic Spraying System" is one of the National "863"High Technology Program. This paper mainly presents the development of the control software of system,the basic theory and key techniques applied in the system.The "Flexible-Profiling Automatic Spraying System" is the advanced equipment developed for high quality and multi variety automatic production of automobile industry. Flexible-Profiling technology is one of the key technologies. Firstly,the paper introduces the detailed process of the path layout,gives the interpolation arithmetic that is synchronous with the conveyer belt,and describes the realization of the control system. Based on the features of the spraying-cup,such as large lagging,strong coupling,serious nonlinearity the system applies the fuzzy control method. Secondly,the paper introduces the fuzzy control theory and the fuzzy controller design. Furthermore,the diagnose technology is also applied in system. At last,this paper discussed how to solve the problem in the whole procedure of the development.Multifold technologies are applied in the system,such as digital communication,CNC,real-time monitor,fuzzy control,so the system is more accurate,reliable,flexible,and with a degree of intelligence.
